Workmen turned up on time, they kept me up to date with their progress and left the house very tidy after they were finished. I am very happy with the outcome.

Good service and good products
Had 3 windows and front door fitted. All the team were excellent from the salesman (not pushy) to the installers. I needed to get the window and door openings altered before I could place an order. The customer service team were very patient and helpful with regard to this. They also double checked the order with me again before production. Can't fault them. Janet S

Hi Janet, thank you for this wonderful review!
We firmly believe in a "no hard sell" approach, so it's great to hear you felt comfortable with our team.
We are also glad our customer service team could patiently assist you while you had your openings altered. Double-checking everything before production is a key part of our process to ensure a perfect fit.
Thank you for choosing Secured Homes!
Constant pests
Good work, though the workman was incredibly arrogant and rude. Reported this to management. But still - after reporting the same info four times - they claim to have no record of this and continue to pester me with unsolicited phone calls to tout for business, which they're never going to get. We are on about call 14 or 15 now. I have given up being polite, which is not me as a person. Honestly folks - do not get involved with these people. Hopefully their desperation is a sign they're going bust. They deserve to.

Hi Jem, we are incredibly sorry to read about your experience.
While we are glad the work itself was up to standard, the behaviour you described from our workman and the subsequent excessive calls are completely unacceptable and fall far below the standards we set at Secured Homes.
We urgently want to get to the bottom of why your previous reports were not logged correctly and, most importantly, ensure your number is permanently removed from our active call lists immediately.
Please could you email our senior management team directly at info@securedhomes.co.uk with your installation postcode?
We want to investigate this internally and ensure you are not disturbed again.
Most definitely

Good looking but expensive, possibly worth it😊
I love the way my new door looks. I chose a design and adjusted it a little. There was a good choice of colours available and a good choice of frosted glass pattern. It was expensive though. Found a small problem later on that was dealt with quickly.
