So happy with our sofa. Looks great, very comfortable and a lovely colour. Service in the shop was excellent and the sofa was excellent value for money. Very happy!

Our 2 sofas arrived (albeit a little later in the day than promised ) and were carefully brought into the house and put together properly and carefully.
The 2 lads who delivered and constructed them were brilliant......very polite and respectful of the furniture.
Very pleased indeed with the whole process from ordering to delivery.

Angela greeted us as we walked in to inform us about the store but then left us to browse at our leisure. She only approached us if we had a question and was very helpful.

The delivery went very smoothly and the drivers were very mindful of the furniture and the property.

From show room staff to delivery staff all were professional and courteous throughout . Delivery was on time and we kept informed all the way.

Good, friendly delivery team who were careful not to damage any door frames etc.

Ok firtsly let me say the sofa is lovely and comfortable.
The delivery chaps could not turn in the hallway to place it in the lounge.
So they placed it in the kitchen, all was fine
The paint damage on the stair hanrail I am happy to repaint - no problem.

When i spoke to your chap on the phone most polite and apologetic no need.
He also told me - no problem you can take the arm off but will need an upholsterer to do it.
Now it gets interesting.
I suggest
you put a zip in the base cloth to access the bag of feet. great idea.
Why not just put a zip in that allows after undoing the three bolts (marked with an orange paint pen, to allow the easy-off of the wing/arm. Exchange the nuts for wing nuts as you did for the front cover plate and there it is simple no cost to you instruction paper included done.
I am a practical man, took me one hour to achieve.
Now sitting on it in my lounge.
