Amazing Team! The sofas were incredible designs and material, the touches they are are lovely!

We then got referred on our finance due to completing on a house, we then came back 2 weeks later and Paul was there to help us agin! Determined to get us this sofa ordered! And successfully we managed to get our sofa ordered

A great experience all round, from the helpful sales rep in store to the friendly delivery guys who took the time to explain how to take the sofa apart if needed. The sofa itself is excellent quality and well worth the wait, I highly recommend SCS.

The store was clean and well laid out, The staff were friendly Kind and patient, nothing was to much trouble for Callum in particular.

they kept us informed on the delivery, they arrived within the time allotted , they where quick in putting the sofa together, and they took all the packing away. Very efficient. Thank you guys.

We ordered our sofas in January and were given excellent service and an expected delivery week. The sofas were delivered in that time line and the two guys who delivered and set up the sofas were extremely efficient and friendly. Overall, delighted with the service from start to finish.

From choosing the furniture in the showroom and the delivery and construction we had excellent customer service from friendly and helpful staff.

The only thing that was disappointing was the long wait for the furniture.

Delivery men were very efficient, polite and friendly!

Staff and delivery were excellent. Recliner and sofas are exactly what we ordered, but , lower base cushions on the front faces are creased / misaligned not flat like all the display examples. So am disappointed as it arrived yesterday. To be fair the after sales/ Aftercare team ( Lesley) was very helpful and apologetic regarding this issue and passed the case to Amera group for further review. We look forward to the issue being resolved asap.
