My experience purchasing my new sofa from SCS was very good. The salesperson was very attentive and showed us all the options that fit our budget. Regarding the delivery time, I think it's a bit excessive, with 60 days for delivery, but I understand that it's a product that comes from abroad. The delivery was on time and super smooth, the delivery drivers were careful and quick, and I didn't have any issues to report.

I went to SCS West Thurrock store. Raj & Cliff were most helpful and attentive. We got an excellent deal and we're very happy.

Worst purchase experience I have ever had. The man in the shop were great when we were buying the sofa easy sell and one of the reasons we brought the sofa from SCS. But everything else that followed were dreadful. Could never get hold of the store always through to voicemail had to go down there twice and we don’t exactly live round the corner. Received a text to say make final payment and book delivery of the sofa which we did. For a delivery date so booked a days holiday from work only to have the delivery cancelled the night before. Re booked it for another date and sat indoors all day waiting for it not to turn up then when we rang them were told that they didn’t book it and had no record of our conversation. And they didn’t know what were going on. Took another trip down the store to be told they would sort it on Monday. Got a call on Monday saying the sofa were always there so don’t know why it hasn’t been delivered. All we got were a sorry no discount offered or compensation for loosing money from booking time off work.

Quick to sell their product but don’t seem to care for their customer as soon as you walk out the store.

Bought our sofas last weekend and Jordan could not be more helpful.

Jordan the staff member at lakeside SCS was the best! Definitely recommend going to him if you are going to the store. Avoid Basildon SCS at all cost they are the most vile attituded people I have ever met.

I’ve had to take SCS (T/A A Share & Sons Ltd) to court for the balance of my refund of £433. This is my third review for the one purchase. The court have issued the claim so just waiting on SCS to respond.

The e delivery team xame in and they were very professional. I thouggt the company had agreed to recycle so i hadn't moved the old furniture. However, they came in and helped me to move the furniture. They assembled the new furniture, checked that it was in working order. They took away all the rubbish. They were very professional and polite. They went above and beyond their duties. Thank you guys

I have to highly praise the 2 delivery men who have just delivered my large sofa.

Unfortunately it wouldn't go in the lift, so they both calmly devised a plan to take it up the 4 flights of stairs! With their strength and persistent they finally made it while making sure not one mark or damaged occurred. I have to stress this sofa weighted a ton and I have no idea how they done it, but they did without a complaint from either one! They stayed and made sure every screw was placed and that I was happy with everything, these 2 lads went above and beyond my expectations and they both 100% deserve a bonus for what they just done!

Well done SCS for hiring such professional members of staff.

I lucked out as had em from there Dartford store there today. She put up with me as I had a very minimal idea of what I wanted. Talked me threw it all. Sore my vision and turned it into what I think will be the perfect fit in my new living room. Price was good for the quality. Soo thanks em

We purchased an Additional warranty for the sofa/bed and now we are told this and that is not covered by it. Paid over £2K just for this one item. I have taken a screenshot from the policy telling me different. The springs on the bed have snapped from the frame and now a drop when lying on the bed. very uncomfortable and bad for anyones back. Insurance company write to us saying not covered. I can provide evidence that it is covered. Think its disgusting that even within 5 years of purchase ( extended warranty period) we are told they wont do nothing. Next step is to go to the FCA and also Resolver. If they cannot help I will take to the CAB and further.

Faultless experience from purchasing to delivery, sales staff had excellent product knowledge and delivery people were polite and helpful.
