The number of different styles of sofas/chairs and accessories was very good. They were positioned in such a way as to gain an appreciation of how they might look in place. Staff were available to answer questions and allowed me the time to make decisions without rushing me. They were very efficient when processing payment and explaining terms for the products I purchased.

David from the Kilmarnock store was exceptional
He went above and beyond to help us get a recliner as quickly as he could and was very caring and helpful to accommodate our needs as our father was in a wheelchair.

Great. Delivery was seamless. Got delivery date one week before night before got time slot beteeen 7am-12. Was given one hour slot in the morning of delivery crew phoned 10 minutes before they arrived. There was also a link to check where crew were. Guys were great polite and courteous. Very happy with our purchase ftom start to finish

I was kept informed of the delivery time and the team turned up on time.
A team of 3 men brought the couch and 2 chairs into my home and they were very pleasant and got to work quickly in putting the couch and chairs together. They also made sure that they were powered up and were working correctly. They were very efficicient and tidied away all the packaging.

When me and my partner first went into the store in Kilmarnock we were greeted with a warm welcome from all staff members, the store was super clean and tidy and smelled amazing so much they should bottle that stuff up and sell it,

We we shown round the store by the Amazing Graeme who was top notch, such amazing customer service from Graeme, we found the perfect 2 seater powered recliner which was so comfy, We tested it out and it was great and exactly what we wanted, it was on sale and the price was great and within our budget.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff members at the Kilmarnock store and a big shout out to Graeme as he was such a great professional and had wonderful customer service. Graeme you’re the best.

Very helpful staff in the Kilmarnock store, the advice we received was very helpful and the right choice was made, as we are delighted with our choise. The guys who delivered our suite were very polite and professional, it was installed in no time, no fuss no mess.

I appreciate your reply but if you are telling me that according to the documents then the correct goods were supplied then you haven't read the documents right as on them it shows that the extra seat we ordered is a different colour from the rest of the sofa and we did not receive this as it was wrong, so on that basis I feel that your comment is not true. The salesman has messed up our order and all we want is what we ordered at the time. We are all human and make mistakes but this is a lot of money to not get what you ordered at the time. Mistakes were made at the time of order and we were told they would be fixed and not to worry!

The delivery team were excellent arrived on time and kept us informed of their progress. Checked everything was OK cleared all wrapping and checked for any damage to the house. Great service and a credit to the company. Well done.

Excellent staff when choosing our suite. Very helpful. Kept us updated re delivery. John and Gareth delivered and assembled the suite. Phoned to say when they would arrive. Very pleasant, efficient and friendly. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for furniture.

I visited your branch in Kilmarnock, Scotland and was greeted by Norman. He went above and beyond to help me choose the right sofa for me. Everything was covered, from comfort, durability ( I have young grandchildren) , price ,colours and materials. Norman was extremely knowledgeable ( as I haven't a clue) ,very friendly and very patient as I kept changing my mind. Absolutely nothing was a bother for him. Other staff on that day were also extremely friendly. My whole experience, in buying a sofa, that is to last a long time , was made so much easier by Norman's dedication to his work .Excellent
