The Help off David was exceptional, got me everything I wanted and more. My new corner suite is so comfortable. Came in at an excellent price. Can't wait for it to be delivered nxt week.

The sofas are very comfortable and feel very good quality in terms of workmanship, material and overall appearance. Only black mark was that there wasn't enough feet, so the delivery guys had to use two large and two small per sofa. They put the large feet at the back, so they're out of sight but it would have been good to have one for each leg. The delivery guys were very friendly, quick and the whole process was hassle free.

David based in Kilmarnock excellent product knowledge. Helpful but not intrusive. Gave us a full breakdown of our financial options. David great ambassador for your company. End results was we placed an order of high value. Mainly because of David's input.

All went to plan from ordered to delivery

We had to wait 12wks for delivery on the new sofa.
However it was worth it the quality and being able to choose the fabric and colour was amazing.
The communication on delivery 🚚 was very good you can live track on the day Delivery Drivers Lucca and ? unpacked and built the recliner sofa and chair.

The suite is exactly as I ordered and it feels good to sit on. The staff in the shop were very helpful and I was given lots of choices and time to decide on final choice. The staff who delivered the suite were very helpful, they set all up for me in the places requested.

Poor communication re delivery dates. Text message sent to my husband. We were on holiday with no phone signal so picked this up too late to amend delivery date. We had to rely on family to take delivery.
All packaging has been put in my bin, filling it up meaning if we have any cardboard or paper we will have to visit the tip.

From visiting store to delivery of sofa everything went well. Staff were helpful without being pushy. Delivered within agreed timescale. Will use again.

Lovely warm welcome but allowed to browse at your leisure and when assistance required very helpful, competent service from staff
