Very good service from Ryan on the 2 occasions we visited the store. He answered all our questions and explained the process of our order.

Natalie was great- when we explained what we were looking for , she showed us the difference options and then allowed us time to look around and decide if we wanted to purchase. She was very helpful and friendly.

Was left alone to make our choice. When we needed help it was there. Served by a very nice young man and placed an order. Told everything we needed to know.

Worst customer service ever once you get a fault on your sofa. No one wants to help! Don’t bother taking the warranty out they fob you off too.

Its been 1 nightmare after another.
Paid for my sofa in full and was told delivery would be Saturday 2nd May.
Was told on the Thursday before delivery my sofa had broken and it needed fixing! As there were no more in stock, I couldn't just have another. This would obviously set back delivery or I'd have to have it fixed at home once delivered. To which I agreed!
Next phone call came Thursday afternoon to say great news we can deliver you sofa tomorrow (my first problem is, im at work, but I can arrange something! At least its coming right?)
Just 1 problem im told, they said i would need to take the £130 delivery fee out in cash (the fee i already paid when I bought the sofa) as the courier only takes cash on delivery. But dont worry they say, we will refund it for you within a week or so!
If i dont pay the courier tomorrow, I will have to wait a further 2 weeks for delivery, when I already paid the delivery fee to have it here within 2 weeks! Clearly scs are not upholding their contractual agreement on their side and I may have to take this to the ombudsman!
I would never of bought this sofa i it was going to take longer than 2 weeks and I specifically told the lady in the shop, i needed it fast and is why I opted for that one and not the one I really wanted!

Brilliant prices, friendly staff, nothing to much trouble.

My sofa is 2 months old & is starting to sag! I rang up the warranty they said it shouldn’t sag so soon they will get back to me. I haven’t heard anything. This is shocking paid £2k for this sofa and its quality is so bad. We are barely home me or my wife. Just around in the evenings no one sits on it. I cannot believe this is happening 2 months old.

Shocking low cheap china made products! This won’t last a year forget 5 years.

Beautiful display of Sofa's..The gentleman who assisted myself had a nice manner and very important no pressure from him..His name is Phillip...at Middlebrook, Bolton..he was very patient with me helped me choose the colour I wanted.

I don’t normally leave reviews but on this occasion I will. We bought our last sofa from SCS and were very happy with it so returned for a new sofa years later. We visited twice as we didn’t want to rush into buying one. The first visit, we had a lovely man called Josh helping us. We wasn’t rushed, he wasn’t pushy and he had a lot of time for us. We found a sofa we really liked and came back the weekend after. This weekend, we had Mandy helping us. She too had a lot of time for us as we were unsure on what colour and fabric to go for. We eventually decided and are looking forward to our new purchase.

Greated by Phil who explained how to understand the information on each sofa. Left to browse and try different sofas at our leisure without being followed around by sales people. Once we had decided on the sofas we wanted, everyting was talked through with no pressure to purchase additional extras. All in all Phil was very polite and proffesional.

We were greeted with Chao and were given a resume of what the labels on the furniture related to and where left to peruse the store without being hassled. We eventually found what was suitable and Philip the Salesperson completed the sale.
