Was met by Lara who was very friendly and polite. Her knowledge of the sofas was amazing and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a sofa that was suitable and comfortable for my needs. Would highly recommend.

Visited today looking for a new sofa and we were met with the most unexpected high quality and outstanding experience. Blake was incredibly knowledgeable from the moment we arrived in store we were greeted with a smile and he clearly knew what he was talking about. He made us feel completely at home and at ease throughout the whole process — no question was ever treated as a silly one. He wasn't pushy at all and gave us plenty of space to chat amongst ourselves compared to other sofa stores he knew how big a sofa purchase was. Blake even offered us a coffee, which was a lovely touch.

The whole transaction was smooth from start to finish. Honestly, Blake deserves a pay rise for the high level of service he provides. If I could give the company 10 stars I would!! He showed us various sofas and took the time to listen to the type of sofa we were looking for and gave us suggestions that we were glad to hear that made us think outside the box and made us see the pros and cons to various sofas.

A shoutout as well to Derek, who was absolutely lovely and double‑checked our order to make sure everything was perfect for us before placing the final order to the supplier.

Can't wait till our new sofa arrives in August / September time.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our suite will not be here till August so can't comment on that, but can't fault the in store experience. We didn't realise they weren't open until 10 but they saw us looking in the windows and opened the store for us a bit early. Above and beyond. Great selection of furniture and we found what we wanted helped along by the great staff. Very happy with the value and quality of the suite we have chosen.

The customer service was extremely excellent,so excited on the arrival of my new sofas

I ordered a sofa along with a chair in December 2025.
I was assured several times that the both items were added to my order.
Delivery day (4 months later), only sofa was brought in and no armchair.
At the same time, 3 out of 4 legs were damaged during the delivery.
Went to the shop, I was told by the manager that there was no record of an armchair being ordered and when asked about the solution, I was told to get a new one.
The problem was (and I wasn't informed about it in December) that I ordered a discontinued line and couldn't get a matching set.
Overall, I WOULD NOT recommend ordering from Poltronesofa. I would go somewhere else if I had a choice.
