We had the pleasure of buying a sofa today with the help of Lisa, she was absolutely fantastic and made the process incredible easy and straightforward. We found our dream sofa and wouldn’t have been able to without her. She is super friendly and excellent at her job!!!

The assistant, Blake, was very pleasant and polite. He listened to what I said regarding the type of chair and fabric I was interested in. I liked that I could choose any of the available fabrics for the chair I wanted. There was a good selection of options. Blake was helpful, but didn’t put any pressure on me.

Fantastic welcome to the store by Michael. We were in for a look around and we were able to do that.
Michael helped us with a few questions but we left not purchasing. Michael did send me a quotation.
A few weeks later, having established when Michael would be working, we called in and made a purchase.

Customer service was exceptional, helpful informative and patient, as we had a lot of questions and concerns. hopefully delivery and installation will be able to match the service received in house

Shocking after sales customer service and extended delivery time.
Chair ordered in early January, with delivery of around 8 May.
Have had to chase several times for updates on order.
Finally supposed to be getting delivery on 4 June - conveniently just before they’d have to consider a ‘goodwill gesture’ of a reduction to the £129 delivery charge.
Definitely somewhere to avoid unless you’re happy to wait 5 months for a chair. (I ordered one similar from Duncan’s of Banchory and it was delivered within six weeks and no delivery charge)

Buying a sofa is a big decision and took us a few visits before we were ready to choose. Michael, Kittybrewster store, was incredibly patient and informative throughout, giving us the time and space needed without any pressure. It made the whole experience really comfortable and easy.
We are now looking forward to a similar experience when our sofas are delivered.
