The Order was placed 4month Back in Aberdeen poltronesofà - Aberdeen
Unit 4B Kittybrewster Retail Park, Bedford Road, AB24 3LJ Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire,, GB and estimated delivery is in 2nd Week of July. Still there is no communication from the store. When called multiple times during the course of time initially the calls were never answered. One day I got a call saying they had a missed call and the lady spoke and said will call back after checking the details which never happened. Later called them back on Monday 13 July and was said it has reached the warehouse and will be delivered by end of week again disappointment did not receive. Again called today 20/07/2026 and was said still its not dispatched and doesnt know when it will be dispatched.Told I need to book holidays and cannot keep waiting to collect the sofas.The person spoke to me said if we dodnt answer the call or not available the sofas will be going back and doesnt have an idea when they will deliver.This is a total miscommunication which I am not expecting from the people.After paying such a price and waiting patiently for4 months with out knowing when it will be delivered and cannot go out of town by not knowing the delivery and if not collected when you guys are here my delivery will not be delivered to me when needed.
If this is called as customer service then I had a bad experience and finally I receive a mail saying my delivery was done and Im enjoying sitting in the new sofa.What a though ...in my dreams.Dont promise the things not deliverable Please

Blake, the retail assistant was very pleasant and helpful, and did not push hard for a sale. The chair was ready within the given time, and it was delivered on the day stated. The delivery men were pleasant, and unwrapped and set the chair in position.

Very helpful and worked without any hassle and so quickly too. The sofas look fantastic and are a great talking point for the future visits.

We when entered the showroom we where left to become aware of our environment before being approached. Gave us a chance to view surroundings and take in the lovely scent on entering as well. Blake approached us in a polite manner and then gave us space to view your products staying over in the background and if required gave us information ℹ️ n the product. Blake was very knowledgeable and a lovely person to deal with. He is a credit to your company. We took 24 hrs to make our decision and returned next day. Blake was not on duty but a lovely female member took our order. She was lovely and polite. It has been a pleasure to purchase our suite from you. First time I ve gone into a furniture shop and not pounced on the minute I'm in the door. Also no pushiness from staff. Finally a furniture store that has got it right and beautiful quality furniture. DFS could learn a lot from you. Thank you

Michael was helpful, patient and took time to explain all questions I had.

Sales person was very informative re our options without being pushy, leaving us to make up our minds about what we were looking for. We then narrowed down our requirements by sitting on the various seat ranges. once we had decided, the salesperson Michael then explained which ranges would best suit these. we were then able to make our final selection and place order.

Staff greeted us but allowed us to browse at our leisure until we needed them. Assistant was extremely helpful and the purchase process was quick and easy. Gave full information on the product and insurance package. Will definitely shop there again.

Got delivery of my new corner sofa yesterday and in the whole very happy with the quality and look of it apart from the way the delivery men set it up. The entertainment unit was set up next to the corner seat which cuts off the space needed to sit comfortably on. The entertainment unit should be positioned next to the recliner chair. Went into the store I ordered it from and their colleague agreed with me and asked to send a photo and email, which I have done. Excellent customer service from all staff who I encountered in the store from ordering to follow up.

I had a great experience buying a sofa today. Sam was so helpful and knowledgeable on the product. He had a great personality and he didn't pressure us into buying. Which I feel a lot of places do! Can't wait for my sofa to arrive in time for my birthday!

Lisa the sales assistant was great friendly and very helpful, very knowledgeable with guidance on style and design and not pushy. She listened to exactly what we were looking for and we take our time two days and still lisa was friendly and patient. Finally we got it spot on and would like thank lisa and the staff for their friendly, relaxed atmosphere they create thanks guys
