Totally 5 star service received from “Dan” at SBS Insurance.My claim (905736)was completed in 2 days start to finish!
The resolution was amazing with excellent customer service.I was very impressed.

SBS handled part of my Insurance claim on behalf of Direct Line. As it was the first time I had ever claimed it was reassuring to have Rav deal with my case. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, guiding me through the various options in a professional manner until I was happy to proceed with the offer suggested.

The service from start to finish was very good, communication between SBS and me has been very good, many thanks.

Excellent service from my claims manager James Carlo. James was polite, respectful but most importantly he was very quick to respond and dealt with my concerns quickly making the whole process stress free, which is quite unique in this day and age. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending SBS and James Carlo. To coin the phrase “they don’t make a drama out of a crisis”

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with SBS from start to finish on our insurance claim. I very rarely write reviews, but on this occasion I genuinely felt compelled to do so.

Dan was a true professional throughout and a real credit to your organisation. From the initial claim being submitted to approval for a high-value item, the whole process took less than 72 hours, which was incredibly impressive.

Dan’s communication and attention to detail were exceptional. At times, it genuinely felt as though I had my own personal PA managing the claim, keeping me updated and making sure everything progressed smoothly.

I only wish more companies offered this level of service and personal attention. A genuinely first-class experience from start to finish.

A brilliant experience from start to finish. Fatima was so helpful and professional.

I lost my diamond necklace and made a claim (no 888078) via our insurer Privelege. SBS are the claims company for Privilege.

Fatima handled the claim throughout - was super clear about the process, and provided all the information and reassurance that my replacement necklace would be like for like. The necklace was a 60th birthday present from my husband so very special.

I cannot praise this company SBS enough.Felix you are a credit to your company and yourself. On the 1st September I rang Hastings Direct for advice because I had lost the Diamond out of my engagement ring. I was very upset about it obviously , but the were very reassuring about the situation and guided me through what would be done. I always think you don’t know how good an Insurance company is until you have to make a claim , well I delighted with this Company and how quickly my claim was handled and resolved. They said SBS would be in touch within 2 days, 30 minutes later I got a call from the lovely Felix, he explained what was going to be done and how to proceed and not to be worrying at all. Really reassuring, keeping me updated at every stage. Today 9 days after making that first call I have received my Ring, a new centre diamond and new claws to hold it in place, ring cleaned and polished and in a new box. I am amazed, happy and delighted with not only the ring but the Service and the way SBS and Felix dealt with the situation in such a fast time. Thank you Felix once again for your kindness and courtesy at all times throughout what has been an upsetting time for me.

Michael was so clear & easy to understand. He also handled the IT work well. A pleasure to deal with, and I don't normally like call centres!

I've never claimed on my insurance before so I was a bit daunted, but Klara at SBS was brilliant - calm & professional and listened to my very lengthy explanation about what happened with our cracked cooker hob, and then she talked me through the information that I needed to provide for her to ascertain the claim (photos & receipts) and then quickly approved my claim and even dealt with Curry's to urgently source the replacement hob and arranged for the installation this week, all during the same phone call. Absolutely brilliant service!!
