Fatima dealt with my claim (904521) inquiry in a prompt, professional and respectful manner. She followed up when she said she would over the course of several days and gave me accurate information when I asked for it. All in all excellent service

I made a claim for serious damage to 3 iPads, it was an accident caused by myself. I'm disabled and the pads were accidentally crushed by my electric rise/recline chair. Kurt, the claim handler, has been very patient and courteous throughout a protracted claim, again, my fault. I must also add, in my view; NFU is the best insurance company. Thanks again.

Excellent service from Owen at SBS
Owen was excellent throughout my claim. He was friendly, professional and genuinely took the time to understand the situation rather than simply treating it as another claim.
Communication was very good, and when there were questions around the appropriate replacement value, Owen listened to the information I provided and dealt with everything fairly. We ultimately reached a settlement that I was very happy with.
The whole process with SBS was straightforward and Owen made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I really appreciated the way he handled the claim and wouldn't hesitate to recommend SBS based on my experience with him.

a couple of technical hiccups but otherwise very efficient service. Was directed by my insurer to SBS after submitting an accidental damage claim. Claim handler at SBS very efficient, friendly, helpful and claim promptly dealt with and settlement figure agreed to.

Kurt was very understanding and patint with mylack of Knowledge with modern technology, he talked me through it step by step and even when i couldn't do it he sorted my claim
