From my first interaction with Daniel after submitting my claim, the process was straightforward, concise and efficient. I knew what was required of me and also what to expect from SBS.

SBS insurance has very recently handled my home contents claim on behalf of Churchill Insurance.
The reason for this claim was very traumatic, and potentially life threatening, and Millie handled it all very professionally, but with tremendous empathy, she listened to my waffling the day after it happened, when I was very much in shock, she sympathised, but got straight on to sending the correct people out to survey and assess what needed replacing etc. They all came within 48 hours and were also gentle and caring.

I highly recommend this prompt and caring company.
