Mir gefällt eure Instagram-Seite mit dem Schmuck wirklich sehr. Man sieht sofort, wie viel Liebe zum Detail in jedem einzelnen Stück und in der Präsentation steckt. Der Schmuck wirkt stilvoll, hochwertig und hat diesen besonderen Wow-Effekt, der einen direkt anspricht.

Total scam company. Requested a simple exchange for a bracelet that was a bit tight and never received answers to my emails. Return policy is a total lie. Claim to have a 30 day refund policy. I emailed them the day I received the bracelet and they’ve refused to refund my money or give me the exchange I asked for. BEWARE. Sooooo, after much back and forth via WhatsApp, they wrote the comment below. ANOTHER LIE. They would not exchange the bracelet for a slightly bigger one unless I sent them another $30 for shipping. Seriously??? What a joke. Again BEWARE, don’t waste your money.

Navigating through Very easy when you go to look at inventory and put them in your cart and then check out the only thing that I was disappointed in was after you choose an item I was looking at cocktail rings. The item in the picture initially looks so beautiful the colors look different than when you scroll through and see the item on the hand the collar start to king and you get deeper collar than originally you thought was the original color so often times I find if I’m looking at a pink like a beautiful light pink cocktail ring if I go through and scroll and look at it and investigate it more the colors always deeper. It’s never as late as I thought it would be I found that to be true with three or more of your items that I decided after expanding and look at them closer they were Out of nine rings I chose four absolutely Very much. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered from them at the start of December and was supposed to get my items before Christmas. The items never even left their facility until the 23rd and it wasn’t until I reached out on the 22nd that they seemed to wake up to the fact that the shipment has not gone out! No way to contact them other than an email that they barely respond to, didn’t receive my package for new year’s either. I kept reaching out to them and they simply respond with “thanks for your patience”. The tracking finally went to “delivery exception” and the item was lost. I never received anything and they went non responsive as soon as the tracking changed to delivery exception. I had to report them to my credit card company to get my money back

Edit: the company is trying to invalidate my review and as per response to their attempt here are some details for everyone so no one else gets duped bu them. Order was placed on December 8th. They say that according to their standard policy the order should arrive to me within 7-12 days(in black and white on their confirmation email). This should put the arrival LATEST on December 22. They SHIPPED out my order on December 23rd AFTER I emailed them on the 22nd that my order has still not arrived. It is now Jan 7th. The order is sitting on a status of “delivery exception” and they had been non-responsive to me until I wrote this review and now are begging me to contact the carrier myself and arrange for a pickup myself! Ummm no not happening!
