I found out about this company on Facebook. First red flag. I ordered a beautiful pair of earrings that took a very long time to reach me. When I opened the box, I was so disappointed. They look nothing like what I ordered. Smaller than on the website and crappy quality. I will never order from this company again. Their pictures look nothing like the real deal.

I got replies to my questions quite quickly. I didn't realize it would take as long as it did to receive my ring but it was explained. Now I understand. I placed another order today for 3 more rings. I love the one that I bought!!! It is the width I wanted. I have ordered rings before and have been very disappointed. This ring is PERFECT!!!!! The rings i have bought before were not from you. I love the ring is purchased through you that's why I purchased 3 more.

De produkten zijn zeker mooi op de website. De klantenservice per mail werkt niet echt goed. Je stelt een vraag over de maat en je krijgt een standaard tabel toegestuurd. Ik denk dat de klantenservice beter kan door gerichter en duidelijker op de vragen te antwoorden. Bij diverse vragen wordt er zelfs maar op 1 vraag antwoord gegeven. Of de spullen zo mooi zijn als op de site dat moet ik nog afwachten. Een matentabel zoals deze in nederland wordt gehanteerd zou fijn zijn. Heb vier keer gemaild voor de VS maat en kreeg drie maten door dus ben erg benieuwd.

Like many, I saw an ad for ChicHer on social media, and was immediately drawn to the sparkle and advertised quality. In reading, the piece that caught my eye, was constructed of .925 sterling silver with gold plating and the stones are lab created white sapphire. To my knowledge, white sapphire is a close and super budget friendly alternative to diamond, but not as robust as moissanite and has a lower refractive index than moissanite, making it more of a diamond dupe to the untrained eye. My order went through without issue, and per ChicHer's fully disclosed policy, your order takes anywhere from 10 - 20 days to create, before it ships. This was accurate, and shipping (from China) was honestly quite quick, and there was no issue or delay with customs. The size is accurate, quality is accurate, and I love my ring. The reason for 4 stars, is simply because the lighting in the advertising photos and video is one that doesn't convey natural lighting - the advertising makes the gold color appear more like white gold, and really accentuates the facets of the cut much more that what you see with the naked eye. Nevertheless, the ring is lovely, I'm happy, and relieved it wasn't a scam. They are legit, create a beautiful and quality product for a good price, and I look forward to buying again!

I had a hard time finding the piece of jewelry I was searching for. I should have been able to click on it in Pinterest and it take me to that item on your site. It just took me to your site. I did find it and purchased it and am anxiously awaiting its arrival.
