Trying to get a refund is impossible since Feb been emailing Irene customer services, after returning some earrings, they offered a discount code as I'd like a replacement but I never got my money back, every time I email they ask for proof of posting which I have sent numerous times, I have been a very good customer

I ordered 3 pair of earrings, all very nice but wanted to return 1 pair. They gave all kind of excuses and did not accept the pair. They were perfect and unused… its a LIE about them accepting returns! Do NOT order if you are not sure you are keeping everything. Then used one pair and broke that same day.
Will NOT be ordering from them ever again.
