Amazing value and service
Lots of top brands and really great service. The bundles are amazing value for money, one item within the bundle I ordered wasn't available until after my due date so they substituted the item for a higher value item and still delivered within the timeframe. Ordered almost all my baby items and will definitely recommend to anyone

I can’t recommend the team at Samuel Johnston enough, after being let down by another shop and only having 2 weeks till my due date the lovely boys in the shop reassured me that they will have my icandy bundle in on time and not even 5 days later my pram was ready to collect!

Awful!! Never even sent out product
Never sent out product website said 1-2 weeks for shipping. Everytime I reached out to customer service they said another week.
Customer service were useless and added to the problem.
DON'T BELIEVE "In stock"
Bought a twin pram bundle which said 1 in stock - this was nearly a month ago, and every week they need just 'one more week' for it to be delivered to them from supplier. No updates unless I call them, email nonexistent.
At this point the kids are going to arrive before the pram, so I'll either ask for a refund (which seems unlikely based on their recent Google reviews) or keep them inside like hermits until they grace me with an email.

SamuelJohnston cancelled my ordered for a baby travel system, claiming logistical issues with the supplier. However the same system is still available in their website and was given no option to swap to another bundle or wait until the logistical issues were sorted out.

Had a fantastic experience in Samuel Johnston when looking for a travel system for our first baby. The staff were so informative and took a genuine interest in what we were looking for. A beautifully laid out show room with a large variety of baby products on offer. Would not hesitate in ordering again in the future and also in recommending Samuel Johnston to family and friends. Osann 360 car seat
First time using this company and had a really good deal on this car seat, this is as the one I wanted for my car as my grandson had the same for his car everyday use. The fact that it swivels makes it easier to get him in and secure him first. It will be the only one I need to buy due to the age range. When I ordered I had to reserve as it was not in stock at that time and was given estimated time it would his be in. When the time came it had come back in stock and I was a little concerned as I’d never used this company before but I needn’t have been as although it took a little longer than expected the customer service was good and reassuring and offered a refund if I couldn’t wait. It was well worth the wait. I would recommend and definitely use SJ again especially with competitive prices

Customer service
Received a pushchair from them earlier this year, already had a replacement frame which was fine. Had a different basket to my old frame, had a new basket sent out, arrived ripped. When contacting the company they asked me to stitch it up as it was a goodwill gesture even though it was broken on arrival. Apparently can’t get any more either so I’m now left without a basket. Not good enough considering the pushchairs 6 months old
Delayed order, again and again!
Ordered silver cross pram on 15th May with a delivery of 5-10 days, contacted them via email when items didn't arrive to be told the items were delayed until 14th June. Item still didn't arrive, emailed again on 18th June due to order still showing "processing" on website to be told again the item would be in stock 'late next week' emailed yet again on 3rd July to be told it would be with them on 10th July. At this point I asked for a refund as unable to wait and be messed around any longer! This company has shocking customer service who cannot even contact you to say items are delayed.

I can't agree more with Shannon, 22 May 2024. We have had a similar experience. Problems arose with delivery to Europe. Whilst it is not their fault part of the order went missing, Customer Services and the Operations Manager were no help whatsoever. They did not take ownership or keep us informed, there was a three week period between losing the parcel and starting an investigation where nothing happened despite our protests. The car seat arrived weeks after the birth putting us out of pocket. We were eventually offered a £30 gesture of goodwill which did not arrive - I can only assume there is no good will with this company. If you feel sure that you will receive your order on time and intact then go for it. If you feel you may need some assistance then think twice.

Do not use this company! Purchased a Silver Cross Dune from them on the 18th March - did not use until my baby was born 26th April (as many people will agree you buy these things in advance)! Had issues with them in the first place as DPD lost a part of the delivery and they weren’t willing to replace until investigations were done and wanted me to be without parts of my pram in the meantime - only sent out the missing parts when I threatened to leave a bad review.
On the third time using it the chassis started to collapse on the left side while walking and since complaining to them the brakes now do not work at all causing my nearly 4 week old baby to veer into the road!!! Major safety issues on Silver Cross’ part which I have made a seperate complaint on but I have now been left with no choice but to accept a replacement and will not be given a refund at all! I even offered for them to refund me and I will buy another more expensive product from them as I do not want this pushchair but they have been so unhelpful and keep directing me back to Silver Cross to organise the repair.
Now left 3 weeks post c section unable to drive and now without a pram! Showed no customer service skills or compassion at all, do not recommend, spend your money somewhere else!

Can highly recommend SJ, called on a sat afternoon and guy who helped us took the time to explain what all was included in the pram bundle and how to put the pram together with the extras car/seat and carrycot. Went bk the next week to order it and it was a different guy , his customer service was outstanding, went through it all again to us ( us being the soon to be grandparents) and he even told us about another added offer that could be included with the pram bundle. We took him up on this as it was too gd to miss!!. Hv mentioned SJ to quite a few people since r visit as they didn't even know it was in Mallusk ...If i could suggest one thing ...it would be to Please get a sign up somewhere either on roundabout r main mallusk Road as yr store is fantastic for all things baby and more and like ourselves yr store is not to be missed with choice,price and most of all excellent customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought several items from SJ since having my daughter 18 months ago and products have always been great. Delivered quickly and with no issues.
When we bought a new car seat, we had a few concerns and the strap appeared to not work properly. SJ worked with manufacturer to arrange a collection and refund and allowed us to purchase another brand.
Would absolutely recommend!
