I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with SamSupplement. My order was cancelled for no valid reason after they requested additional identity verification, even though I had already paid with a valid credit card.
If you suspect fraud, then why accept credit card payments in the first place? Credit card transactions already include multiple layers of security and fraud protection. I've shopped online with many retailers over the years and have never been asked for extra verification like this, let alone had my order cancelled because of it.
The whole process was frustrating, inconvenient, and made me feel like a legitimate customer was being treated as a potential fraudster. If your fraud prevention policies are this strict, they should be made clear before customers place an order—not after payment.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend SamSupplement. There are plenty of other online retailers that process orders professionally without putting genuine customers through unnecessary verification or cancelling orders without a satisfactory explanation.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
For the protection of both our customers and our business, all orders are reviewed by our fraud prevention system. Unfortunately, your order was identified as high risk, and as a precaution, we issued a full refund rather than processing the transaction. This decision is based on the payment security review and is not related to your location or the fact that you are ordering from Europe.
As an alternative, we offered payment by wire transfer because it allows customers whose card transactions cannot be verified to still complete their purchase securely. This option is entirely voluntary.
We understand this may have been frustrating, but protecting customers from potentially fraudulent transactions is something we take very seriously.

Unprofessional website and untrusted. European avoid it,
I made order and here is thier reply by email, 😡 HIGHLY UNRECOMMANDED FOR EUROPEAN.
Thank you for your recent order with us. Upon review, our security system has identified this order as high risk. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure shopping environment for all our customers, we have taken the precautionary step of issuing a full refund for this order.
We understand this may be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause. To proceed with your purchase in a manner that ensures security for both parties, we would like to offer the option of completing your transaction via wire transfer or Zelle. These payment methods provide a secure and direct way to handle transactions, minimizing risks and facilitating a smoother process.
If you are willing to proceed with one of these payment options, please let us know, and we will provide you with the necessary details to complete your transaction.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Customer Service

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the product didn't provide the same experience you were expecting.
We purchase all of our products directly from the manufacturer, so you can be confident that your Oxy Lean Elite is authentic. Please note that the manufacturer frequently updates the formula, so depending on when you last purchased the product, you may have previously received an earlier version. Formula changes can sometimes result in a different experience from one version to the next.
If you have any questions or would like us to help identify which version you previously used, please feel free to contact us at cs@samedaysupplements.com.
