I had signed a contract with shed to partnered with them me and lexi huffaker had both signed the contract and agreed on the commission and everything I even reffered a friend on told her great things about shed rx so she had got her codes and link before me i didny sweat it so she ask me did I receive mines yet I said no I said no she said you might wanna check and get yours so I did and I have been ignored all day lexie only responded when I sat there and emailed the affliate email to see whats going on then she came in there and said hey we been busy changed of staff this and that from the affilate email 📧 but never responded to the email me asking were is my codes I got people who wanted to purchase but was waiting on my codes and she sat there never responded she only responded to the affliate email to make herself look good like she doing her job it only takes 2 minutes to send a email and mail me my codes now I signed a contract she signed a contract she said she no longer wanna partner with me cause I called shed support to ask who can I talk to about my codes and my link that was supposed to be given to me when I signed the contract we talking about the same person who ignored me and been not responding and didnt even send me and my friend a way to get paid out no shirts or explain their pricing or nothing just what she can offer us thats it smh its all good avoid this place if you can you will get screwed over

I spoke with Mike and he was very informative and answered any questions I had. I look forward in starting my weight loss journey with Shed!

I haven't started the medication yet however Tamika with shed called to welcome me and walk me through things. I will say the cost is a bit more than I thought it would be the subscription doesn't cover meds which is okay I didn't think it would.

Jamika called to welcome my journey with shed. Jamika was also very informative about the service and help they offer if any concerns come about. Jamika also asked did I any questions why she was explaining the program. It was very nice to get a call to welcome new clients aboard.

I was having issues with trying to get this done. I needed it check mark’s off my list. Been messing with the platform for days. Getting absolutely nothing done. Soila called me and helped me get it done. Super Helpful 👍 10/10

Spoke with customer service representative Jamica and she was very helpful in answering my questions, letting me know what services are available and making sure that i understood the information provided . She was very personable and knowledgeable in the subject matter. Looking forward to becoming a healthy version of me

I reached out to get help with cancelling a supplement order. I attempted to do it my self but it was linked to my GLP-1 and I wanted to keep that. Ruth T responded and was able to take care of the issue for me.

I had a change in medication today and Mike was very thorough with his review of my overall experience today, and since starting with Shed, Rx. Anytime I have had issues they have been tended to within 24 hours and sometimes even less than that.. I’ve always had a positive experience with the staff whether it be the providers or support staff! It’s sometimes a little scary doing a site unseen transaction but I have always felt satisfied with the information provided and response to my questions and/or issues.

Clifton was able to assist me with any questions I had and was very helpful providing me with additional information and benefits available to me.

Mike was informative and helped started the journey easily

Michael was very positive and upbeat. And patient with me as my call dropped 2 times and I had to call back. He provided helpful information and explained where I can find resources while using the program.
