Customer service is amazing
Customer service is amazing. When I first placed my order I was having issues with getting an error so I accidentally ordered the product multiple times. I emailed them and got a response first thing in the morning (time difference). They took care of everything and refunded my money right away.
Had a delay in getting the product, which was not their fault. Emailed them again and quick response was had. They were working hard to figure out the issue. Long story short I did receive the product the same day.
It's unusual to have anyone respond this quickly and actually care. Thank you to the customer service team. Excellent job

We’re very sorry your package arrived damaged and that powder spilled during shipping. We understand how disappointing it is to receive a product in that condition.
After you contacted us and provided photos of the damage, our Customer Support team acted immediately. Within an hour of receiving the photos, we sent out a replacement to you.
While shipping damage can unfortunately occur in transit, we always work to resolve these situations as quickly as possible. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make this right.

We’re sorry for the frustration. As stated in our policy, which is agreed to before placing an order, we can only issue credit once the package is physically returned to our warehouse.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to know their country’s laws and regulations before ordering. If a package is rejected by customs, we must wait until it is physically returned to us before credit can be issued. International returns can take a long time due to customs processes outside our control, and unfortunately, we have no control over return transit times.
Once the package is received back at our warehouse, we will issue credit according to our policy. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact cs@samedaysupplements.com.
