Salt Dog Cycling Anmeldelser

A fantastic business, very professional & their products are excellent! Great customer service also. Highly recommend

They seemed to be the only people with the shoes in my size.
The price was very good and they arrived the next day

Very competively priced, delivered on time. Nothing to fault.

Richard was very helpful, just as the other reviews suggested. I followed the sizing tool, and his subsequent advice, and my Lake shoes are a great fit.
Probably the best aspect of the service was being able to speak to a real person when things didn't quite go to plan.

Purchased a pair of gravel shoes. Advice from Salt Dog very helpful in getting correct size. Good website. Rapid delivery. Very pleased with purchase

Third order with Salt Dog, always super helpful & efficient.
This time I was buying a bike box, Salt Dog had the best price and shipped the next day.
Will definitely be using in the future.

Excellent service. Richard was extremely helpful and took the time to talk me through my options with a range of cycling shoes. His advice was most helpful and supplied me a pair of shoes that suited my needs perfectly
Will definitely use Salt Dog again!

Just purchased a B&W bike box from these guys. Great price and service. The product arrived on time and was exactly as described. Looking forward to getting some miles in on the bike Mallorca

I ordered my new shoes in the afternoon and and was very impressed to have them delivered the following day.
Before placing my order I'd sent an online question about the shoes and the proprietor phoned me back about an hour later to chat about sizing etc which I thought was very efficient and helpful.
I will definitely check the Saltdog website in the future when needing new gear.
will certainly recommend them to cycling buddies.

Competitively priced product delivered very quickly

My order was dispatched with due diligence. Good communication throughout and as far as my research took me, competitive prices. A good service from from an excellent family business. I imagine I shall be back. Thank you.

Fantastic service.

Quick and easy, great supplier. Recommend Lake MX146 boots too.

Speedy delivery, fare price & good communication. I purchased the Lake Spike set which I have fitted to my Shimano shoes. Maybe worth highlighting that in the product description, as you may get more of them purchased.................

Couldn't have been more helpful. Called me after I had placed the order online suspecting I'd made a mistake (I had). Saved me the hassle and expense of making a return.

After a bike fit last year, I was recommended to try Lake cycling shoes as they do wide fit versions. Salt Dog Cycling have a specific Lake shoe size calculator, which very helpfully let me pick the right pair (not the wide ones, as it happens). I've since gone back and bought the MXZ304 winter boots (tested in the recent -9°C weather). Salt Dog Cycling have been prompt and helpful, and can have great deals on gear. Highly recommended.

I initially contacted Richard by message and was phoned within about 5 minutes to help me with choosing the correct size and model of shoe. He is very patient and knowledgeable and explains his recommendations very clearly.
I followed his directions on re measuring my feet and had another 15 minutes on the phone to finalise my order.
I received a pair of LAKE shoes within 2-3 days, which was quicker than I anticipated. Shoes are of exceptional quality and were competitive in price.
I’d go back to Richard for anything cycling.

The Brompton case I ordered is perfect for the job. It arrived the next day.
Also, I phoned salt dog cycling, and spoke to Richard , he was kind and helpful and gave me some great advice regarding the Brompton.
Great experience all round.

I recently purchased a pair of cycling shoes, and I have to say, the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I reached out with questions about sizing, the team was incredibly responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me find the perfect fit and offered great advice on the right features.

The shoes arrived promptly, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The team even followed up after delivery to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. It's rare to experience such attention to detail and care, and I truly appreciate how seamless and enjoyable the whole shopping experience was.

I will definitely be returning for future purchases. Highly recommend!
