Salt Dog Cycling Anmeldelser

Great customer service, fast delivery and great product. Will be ordering again!

The whole process was simple and efficient.
Great service.

After spending a fair amount of time researching what would be the best cycle shoe for my needs I eventually decided to order a pair of shoes from Salt Dog Cycling. I have wide feet with a bunion and Richard pointed me in the direction of the Lake MX242 especially developed for problem wide feet. Richard then offered to provide a fitting session which I readily accepted. The results have been fantastic, the shoes are super comfy and probably the best fit I have ever had.
Well done Richard, you offer a service to be proud of.
All the best
Nick

Received excellent advice from Richard to help choose the most appropriate Lake shoes, with the CX239s being the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever used.

An excellent talk with Richard made getting the right width of shoes easy, he explained subtle shoes characteristics that just do not show up in the size chart, which would have left me buying the wrong size/width of Lake MX333

Great knowledge and good delivery

Great company and great service.
Very easy to find what I was after via the website and great follow up from Richard to make sure my item arrived The purchase was Lake Cx242 Cycling shoes at a good price. Will definitely use Salt Dog Cycling again.

Quick service from Salt Dog Cycling and a good product, I am particularly pleased as I find most cycling shoes too narrow a fit, but these Lake shoes seem to be just right. I rather like the colour of them as well.

Great service and excellent knowledge of product

Great experience getting fitted for shoes. The staff clearly knew what they were doing and took the time to get it right. Much better than other shops I’ve used in the past.

I initially bought the wrong size based on my old shoes form another shop, but the return was handled smoothly and they talked me through everything without any hassle.

Overall, excellent customer service. There are plenty of bike shops out there, but if you want proper advice and support, I’d recommend these guys.

Super quick delivery of a bike box, really helpful communication about the delivery!

Super service, price and advice from Richard at Salt Dog. He spent plenty of time assessing my feet prior to selecting the best options for me. Super pleased now I am riding in my Lake shoes. Perfect fit maximising power transfer from the legs through to the pedals. Will continue to buy shoes and and get fitted by Richard as service is the best and if I want to race at my very best, then I need the correct shoes and fitting service Richard offers

Only place I could find spares for my bike box, and local too! Thanks

Swift delivery and the mudguard fits perfectly

Order process to delivery excellent. Very happy with product & purchase. Thank you.

I called and spoke to Richard for sizing advice for some Lake gravel shoes as I already own a pair of Lake Road shoes. His advice was spot on, advising on the different options. I eventually opted for Lake mx333 and am very pleased with the shoes - super comfy and I feel a huge difference compared to what I had before. Delivery was prompt and price was the best I could find. Thank you Richard.

Top notch fast delivery no nonsense online shopping.

I contacted Richard at Salt Dog Cycling regarding the possibility of purchasing some Lakes cycling shoes as I was struggling to find shoes that would accommodate my feet. Richard had a large stock of shoes and he went through the various options and on purchasing he moulded the heel section of the shoe specifically to accommodate my feet. I could not fault the service he provided and would recommend to anyone wanting a bespoke service and at a very competitive price.

Ordered mudguard, received extremely quickly at a great price

Fantastic customer Service from Richard helping me to select the right size of Lake shoes. Will definitely return for future orders.
