I placed an order, and was expecting my order to come within a month and a half. It has yet to come after two months, and not only did they not report this to me, they did not help me by either sending the packages to the right address or send me a refund of my purchase.

I put in an order and they contacted me right away to let me know changes excellent customer service!!!

I ordered an item and realized that I no longer needed it. No problem, here at Saiyan Stuff, I simply shot them an email to cancel the order and they replied very quickly. The process was swift and straightforward to cancel an order.

I ordered a lamp in early December and have not received follow-up on an estimated delivery date. I have sent three emails since for correspondence one way or another with no avail. While I understand the holidays are a busy time, a response to my email would be nice especially since I've paid over $100 for an item as well as expedited shipping.

This is the best early Christmas gift! I bought this cute Kid Goku bomber jacket and it arrived this morning. The size is comfortably fit and the fabric is warm enough for the cold weather.

I ordered a goku lamp. Though packaged well, the shipping box had sustained some damage in transit. The bulb inside the shipping box was damaged. It was a special bulb thst i could not replace locally. They were very quick to respond to my problem, maintaining frequent and prompt contact concerning the broken bulb. A most satisfactory resolution was reached. I will order from this company again in the future!

So far I have bought a dbz duvet cover set, a couple of rolling trays and a sweatshirt for my brother and everything came out great! The bed set was so soft and had awesome graphics on it. And the sweatshirt was true to size and super comfortable as well. I have done most of my Christmas shopping on super saiyan stuff and I could not be more satisfied. This company goes above and beyond for their customers ! Highly, highly recommend 😍

Ordered here a dragonball kid's sweatshirt for my son. All I can say is the quality of the item is excellent and my son loved it! It took a while but it's worth it.

First time customer. I purchased 6 items for my friends baby. It took about a month for all the items to be delivered which is on average to get shipped to Australia. All the products have been amazing and the quality is the same. Their customer service team has been awesome even with a small issue about shipping which was easily fixed. Definitely won't be the last time I order from them!

Stay away from this company. We ordered a son goku poster and recieved a poster, fair enough, but the printing quality is low and the image which is divided onto 3 different sheets doesnt match and therefore we cant mount it on the wall without a lot of trimming and cutting. We wont even bother trying to get our money back from these bandits...

I wouldn't have even even one star but I had to in order to write the review, horrible never recieved my package 4 months later I contact the company they told me that I didn't give the right address which isn't true cause my payment info is my address and they had no problem charging me. I asked for refund they told me they did there part and sent it out and now its up to me,they say they guarantee they lie . Horrible company no compassion worst company ever!!! Now I have no product and out my money

I strongly recommend that no one buys from this website. I ordered a sweatshirt for my brother's birthday, which was very poor quality and cost $40. The material was poor and the logo/print (Dragon Ball) was blurry/not up to scratch. My brother - who had seen the sweatshirt online and asked for it as a present - was very disappointed. SaiyanStuff/Stuffify wouldn't refund when we contacted them/sent several emails, including photos of the product, to them. I had to raise a dispute with PayPal who said I was eligible for a refund if I sent the item back and that I would be refunded when the company received it. I did post it back (which cost £13) to the address given, tracked and traced, and there was 'no one in' both times delivery was attempted. What kind of company can you not return items to for a refund if not suitable/poor quality? And what company is 'not there' when you do post back the item for a refund after having to raise a dispute via PayPal to try and even get a refund?

My item was lost in the transit and absolutely no liability has been accepted from the supplier at all, telling me a refund or exchange can only be considered once they receive the product returned, but as this was lost, this is obviously not possible. Staggered correspondence with the customer service team makes response times too long, and with no number to contact, there is no way I can speak to someone directly in an attempt to sort my issue out.

Absolutely awful

First time customer. I purchased a vegeta 3D hoodie as a birthday gift. It took two weeks with eco ship. I live in Texas. The product was awesome! Only they sent the wrong size. A XXL instead of a XXXL, disappointing. However their customer service agent Daisy was so kind and apologized for the mistake. They took care of the situation quickly and they have earned my business!
