I purchased two items from this company and had issues with their product reconstituting properly. I requested a refund and they sent a replacement. I reconstituted the second item I purchased in my first order, same cloudy and chunky items in the vial I experienced in the first vial. I reached out again and their solution was to send a fourth vial. Upon receiving and reconstituting the third vial, it mixed better but not completely and had particles throughout. I've gone back and forth with this company requesting a refund every time, and every time they ask if I'm reconstituting correctly. This isn't my first or 20th rodeo. Their last email (4+ back and forth) stated "At this time, We will not accommodate your refund request as we are unable to test the pH and contents of the bacwater you are using." I would not recommend this company nor trust their products.

I recently placed an order with Alpha Omega Peptide and was very impressed with the overall process. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was seamless. The shipping was incredibly fast as well, which was such a relief compared to others. Oh, and the packaging was out of this world nice!!!

Don’t listen to the bad reviews below. This company is awesome. Arguably the best source for peptides out there. Competitive prices, monthly purity tests, fast shipping, real product.

The Retatrutide I got has worked amazingly. I just ordered my second vial because of how well it worked. Their MOTS-c is incredible as well.

I highly recommend this company for peptides.

Not great for drop shipping they try to market and advertise to your customers for cheaper than you plus their peps are not the strongest on the market.

Bought there retatrutide. Very disappointed. First dose did absolutely nothing. I increased the dose as was instructed by the customer service rep I spoke with and almost had a cardiac arrest. My heart was beating g out of my chest. Maybe I got a bad vial but I am done

I had an order where I received the wrong item. They responded and sent the correct vial that same day.

I received the product 1 day later than expected. The product (retatrutide) is as effective as advertised. Compared to other peptide retailers, I wish this company had more coupon codes. Since the product is so effective and the price is affordable, I will continue to buy from Alpha & Omega
