TL;DR, not only did I continually receive warm and above-and-beyond customer service from Kevin, the item itself pretty much looks exactly as pictured.
I made a previous review about this online store based initially on their customer service (bc I hadn't received my order yet at the time) and I wrote that once I did receive my order, I'd write a separate review about the product. Well due to a mistake of my own, I never received my first order. Kevin was absolutely understanding and timely with his communication, and I went ahead and ordered a replacement with his help. He let me know beforehand that I would probably not be receiving my package by Christmas (I re-ordered on 11/23/2021 and the package arrives from China), which was fine by me! He provided me my tracking number once they had it and gave updates along the way when I asked. I got a notification on my phone today (12/18/2021) and I actually got my package before Christmas!!
The item itself was a Naruto baseball jersey and frankly, I'm pretty happy with it! Overall the design matches the pictures well. I tried to measure the jersey to see if it matches the size chart and it does run kinda small so I suggest you size up, but the length is pretty much accurate. I'd probably be ordering from them again! Thanks again for everything, Kevin!!

Regarding the size, we apologize for the inaccuracy. Since our products are made-to-order, a discrepancy of 2-3cm happens from time to time. Having said that, we do our best to match the size chart 100%. One factor of this inaccuracy is that we are overbooked with lots of orders this peak season. So we do our best to speed things up on our end. Everything should go smoothly again next month onwards. Nonetheless, I will forward this concern to the correct department to prevent it from happening again.

When our original order got lost in the mail, and the mail company failed to report it, Kevin provided prompt, solutions-oriented communication. Don't order from this company
Ordered 8 days ago. The website states all orders are processed in 24 hours and shipped out within 3 to 5 days. My order has not been shipped and I can't seem to contact anyone. At this stage I will be trying to claim my money back from my credit card company.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clear things up as well.
Yes, the website states products are shipped out normally within 3 to 5 days. But as I have explained in my reply to your email, we are a small team that processes hundreds of orders every day. Since the Christmas season is coming, there has been a sudden surge of orders these past few weeks and it is now taking around 7-9 days for the production of our products since they are mostly made-to-order. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Regarding your statement that you can't contact anyone, I have also explained in my reply that the customer service staff are working remotely from a different country/timezone. It was around midnight in my location when you sent your email and we were not online during those times. Upon checking the timestamps of your emails, there is only a one hour gap between your inquiry and when you placed a dispute case against our bank. If you have been more patient, we would have received a reply from us within 24 hours. Also, there is no statement in our website saying we are online 24 hours for customer inquiries and we could reply instantly.
Moving forward, we have closed your dispute case against us and we have issued your refund.

The quality of the shirts and other stuff from saiyan is truly amazing, I had a shirt and jacket for more than 2 years now. The color of the shirt and design is the same as the day I first got it. The designs really stands out that no matter where I go, I still get compliments from people. I just tell to google saiyan stuff.

To long for delivery
Orders taken well over a month and still haven't arrived, by the time it comes it will be to small for my 3 month old. Shirts I ordered for myself arrived but where wrong ones which they resent and arrived..... thanks for reply but biggest concern was baby outfit that has never arrived and is past delivery date specified. It will be to small once it arrives now. Resent shirt has come and review amended, still no baby onesie

Great customer service. I had to cancel my order due to unforeseen circumstances. The customer care executive, Mr. Kevin was extremely helpful and offered prompt support. They accepted and processed my cancellation request immediately without any fuss.
