Product quality was great, overall service ( delivery and unfortunately return ) was faultless. Only issue I had was that the top was a little too snug on my grandson.

Pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised with the quick delivery. Normally something ordered from the UK is a lengthy wait time. Nice that the cost of item was in CAD. Unfortunately, FedEx is pretty incompetent and it took a while for us to get pick-up.

Absolutely atrocious customer…
Absolutely atrocious customer "service". Currently refusing to refund my order correctly, trying to argue their terms mean they don't have to comply with the law. Avoid at all costs.

Poor returns process.
Poor returns process.
Faulty rugby boots. Despite detailed photos and descriptions outlining the issue, a refund would not be granted until the boots were examined in person. I even offered to purchase another pair of boots pending the return of the faulty boots so my son could keep playing, so long as they could confirm they would make a refund once the faulty boots were returned. Rugby Heaven declined this.
I will not be purchasing from this company again! Be warned

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience with Rugby Heaven. We understand that encountering issues with a purchased product can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Our returns process is designed to ensure a fair and thorough examination of faulty items, allowing us to provide the best possible resolution for our customers. We acknowledge your willingness to expedite the process by offering to purchase another pair of boots while awaiting the return of the faulty ones. However, it is important to note that our company policy requires the return and examination of the defective item before processing a refund.
This policy is in place to uphold the integrity of our returns process and to ensure that all cases are handled consistently and fairly. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy, as it is in place to protect both our customers and our business.
We understand the urgency of your situation, especially with your son's involvement in rugby, and we genuinely regret any inconvenience caused. We value your feedback and will use it to review and improve our processes where possible.
Number 1 the price
Number 1 the price. My children will appreciate me not spending too much of their inheritance. 🤣.
Delivery was very speedy. What else is there to say.

AVOID COMPANY
AVOID COMPANY!
£130 boots have broken after one use, emailed customer service- didn't get a reply for 5 days and then have been told its unfortunately the 'fault of a stud' and nothing to do with the boot and the company won't refund or exchange the item. If I could give a 0 star review- I would. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced with our boots, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
We understand your frustration regarding the damage to your boots after just one use, and we want to assure you that we take the quality and durability of our products seriously. After reviewing your case, it appears that the damage is related to the nature of playing a contact sport such as rugby, and it is not indicative of a manufacturing fault.
We genuinely regret any disappointment this may have caused you. Our customer service team strives to provide timely and helpful responses, and we apologize for any delay you experienced in receiving a reply. Please know that we value your feedback and will use it to improve our communication process.
While we cannot offer a refund or exchange in this specific situation, we would be more than happy to assist you with any other inquiries or concerns you may have.

Terrible Customer Service
Ordered a pair of Adidas Rugby boots, and sadly these have come apart. The team at Rugby Heaven have been less than helpful, and accused us of using them on a 4G pitch - Their reluctance in dealing with our issue just shows their Customer Service is dreadful. Customer Satisfaction is clearly not a priority for Rugby Heaven, and for this reason I will not be using them again!
