Cocked up order then refused compensation
Ordered Durapanel wallpanels and chrome end cap/corner strips. Completely wrong order delivered leading to delay in completing shower refit. Then had to wait 7 more days for correct order (with no usable shower during heatwave!) AND had to pay plumber for allotted 2 days despite being unable to complete the work.
Contacted Rubberduck to ask for some form of compensation as we were out of pocket… they refused to take responsibility (blamed Durapanel) and refused to compensate. V disappointing customer service. Wouldn’t use again.

Thanks for your feedback, and we're very sorry to hear about the issues with your order.
While the correct items were sent, we understand they arrived with the wrong edge detail on the panels. This was an error from the manufacturers side. We arranged for the correct panels to be sent as soon as the issue was identified, and we completely understand the disruption this caused to your installation.
Regarding the compensation request, the amount was close to the total value of the order. While we always try to be fair, we have to consider what's reasonable, especially when the issue lies with a third-party supplier.

Had a few bits from the website over the years and always have someone to speak to and tracked next day deliveries. Highly recommend to anyone who likes speaking with a human, which is rare these days!!

Over 10 days and no delivery
I ordered 2 items on 13/07, called to see where they were on 23/07 and was told they had been 'stuck in the system' and they could get them send out that day to arrive within a few days. I expressed that my fitters needed the items asap and there was no urgency to get the items to me so I bought them from a local company the same day. I won't be buying again from Rubberduck

One of my brother have purchased online kitchen tap from them, they have send faulty tap.they have paid £249.50 for the tap. He is chasing rubberducks bathroom over two weeks. Nothing been fix on top of that one of the staff over the phone was so rude and hang our call and ask us not to call again. I feel like this is a scam for £249.50. I would like to aware don't buy anything from them. Worse experience ever i had with someone.

We're very sorry to hear about the issue with your tap.
Firstly, lets address some inconsistencies here.
1. You reported the tap to have lower pressure than expected on the 14th July - 7 days ago and not 14 as mentioned above.
2. We responded with the manufacturers suggested resolution on the very same day.
3. Later that day, you stated that resolution did not work. When we requested a photo to show the manufacturer, it was made apparent the suggestion had not been carried out.
4. On the 17th you came back to us requesting further instructions on how to carry out the resolution, which was provided on the 18th.
5. On the 21st, you provided an image showing the resolution in place.
During the call, you repeatedly shouted at the customer service operative when they were trying to explain the situation and how we were trying to come to a positive resolution with the manufacturer.
We do not tolerate abuse and the operative stated that all future communication will be VIA email to avoid any frustration.
As soon as we receive feedback on your tap, we will be in touch.
UPDATE: Now we have all the requested information, the manufacturer has since replaced your tap.

Very happy. Ordered Francis Peglar kitchen tap at a very good price on Friday standard delivery reasonable at £6.95. Received Email from DHL we have your parcel will deliver Monday. Email Monday with a time slot. Item delivered in time slot and tap looks perfect. All went well and i will be using again.

Really disappointed with the service…
Really disappointed with the service from Rubber Duck. I ordered a toilet and sink for my downstairs bathroom and was told I’d receive next day delivery — instead, I waited two weeks.
When the items eventually arrived, I had to help unload them from a dirty van. No one mentioned in advance that I’d be expected to help, and my clothes ended up filthy. I don’t mind helping people, but if I’d known I’d be lifting and getting dirty, I would have dressed appropriately.
To top it off, the toilet seat that came with the toilet was poor quality and didn’t feel sturdy at all.
Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I won’t be ordering from Rubber Duck again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.

We work with a range of delivery partners, and while some larger deliveries may require assistance due to access restrictions, we do state all deliveries are kerbside only through the website pre-sale and any email sent post-sale too. For larger orders, we ask all customers to arrange for appropriate help at the time of delivery.

2-5 day delivery. Let's Try 10 days!!
Purchased items with a 2 - 5 day delivery...
Was 8 days before order was picked from warehouse when phoned to chase order was told be shipped for delivery next day and had email to confirm..
However when I checked order told.me wasnt even being collected by courier till next day resulting in another day delay..
So in all 10 days from day of order to delivery.
Sorry not good enough considering the shipping cost I had to pay..
Only positive was the price of items but has left a sour taste in my mouth and will look elsewhere for remaining items to complete bathroom.

We’ve looked into this and it seems the order was held up at the warehouse due to a stock discrepancy with the manufacturer, which caused the initial delay — not ideal at all and again we can only apologise.

Rubberduck Bathrooms have been a delight! Their prices are so competitive so I was worried that something would go wrong but I ordered everything for 2 bathrooms at less than half the price of elsewhere, it arrived promptly, well packaged and good quality. Had one minor problem with a cracked cover in the shower tray and they were so quick and professional to rectify and have a new one sent to us. I'm really impressed. Courteous and helpful personal service
I cannot praise Rubber Duck highly enough. They have been the most responsive & helpful people to deal with. I purchased a tap from them which had a ten year manufacturers guarantee. After 2 years (approx) the tap developed a leak around its spray joint. Rubber Duck immediately sorted a replacement for me. They arranged delivery of a new tap and collection of the defunct one. The process was completed within 48 hours of me reporting the problem to them.
Here I hasten to point out that it was the manufacturers, “Kartell” who caused the issue NOT Rubber Duck who only supplied the product.

The team who work at Rubber Duck have been so very courteous, friendly and helpful whenever er I’ve spoken to them - particularly Jarred. I’ve been treated as an individual customer not just some anonymous order number, rare with online shopping.
I positively recommend Rubber Duck Bathrooms to any and everyone who needs new sanitary ware and will certainly use them again if I’m ever in need of the products they supply.
A (at least) 6* company at incredibly competitive prices.

Terrible service
Terrible service - wouldn't except a return for the wrong radiator valves - wasted £60. Any respectable business would have some sympathy and allow returns. Jarred, the manager, wasn’t any help either. Poor service.

Avoid. They forgot to include my item in the packaging, when I informed them they'd not included the item they simply said "that's not something they would do", kept referring to the fact I'd received a box and ignoring the point that the box was empty. No refund and no item.

We’ve looked into this and can confirm that the weight of the parcel was checked both before and after dispatch, and it matched what it should be with the item included, so everything did leave us as expected. We completely understand it’s frustrating to feel like something was missing, but from our checks, there’s no indication the item wasn’t packed.
