Ціни в Rozetka вже давно не такі приємні, як були раніше. Багато техніки, гаджетів та аксесуарів зараз можна знайти дешевше у конкурентів, особливо якщо порівнювати перед покупкою. Через це все рідше хочеться замовляти саме тут.

Але при цьому саме обслуговування залишається на хорошому рівні — доставка, підтримка та сам процес покупки працюють нормально, серйозних питань або проблем не виникало.

Часто купую щось через Розетку, дуже подобається зручний сайт, великий вибір і швидка доставка. Класний сервіс!

"I am deeply disappointed with Rozetka.ua. They have implemented a predatory subscription model called 'Smart' that violates Ukrainian Consumer Protection Laws (Article 18 & 19).
Once you sign up for a trial, they intentionally HIDE the cancellation button in the user dashboard. According to their illegal internal terms (clause 6.2), you are FORCED to pay for 6 months with no possibility to cancel. This is a direct violation of the Civil Code (Art. 907) which guarantees the right to terminate service contracts at any time.
Support refuses to help, hiding behind their 'Internal Rules' which are void under national law. This is not a business; it’s a financial trap. A formal complaint has been filed with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Avoid sharing your card details with this company!

Это компания блокирует негативные отзывы о товарах. Бренд "rztk" это вообще хлам. Хуже Китая. Это просто китайская подделка на Китай сделанная в подвале. Не рекомендую. Я последний раз там что-то покупал.

Часто замовляю тут. Зручно, що в багатьох містах є відділення Розетки, де можна швидко забрати товар.

Я придбав телефон онлайн у подарунок. Купив та оплатив його онлайн 9 червня 2025 року, вони сказали, що я отримаю його 11 червня 2025 року. Я два дні поспіль звертався до служби підтримки, щоб отримати якусь інформацію щодо замовлення, і все, що вони сказали, це те, що вони обробили мій запит і нічого не вирішено. Сьогодні, 14 червня 2025 року, я спробував скасувати замовлення, щоб отримати відшкодування та піти в інший магазин, щоб купити телефон. Сталася помилка. Немає грошей, немає телефону. Жахливий магазин і обслуговування.

Замовляв адресну доставку і підйом на поверх, по факту кур'єр підїхав і каже що їм заборонено піднімати посилки до дверей. Так якого х про це не вказувани під час оформлення? Сапорт взагалі некомпетентний і некваліфікований, посилаючись на свої правила кур'єрської доставки, де тут вказано що кур'єр не піднімає посилку вагою 30 кг на поверх багатоквартирного приватного будинка? Відповідь сапорта взагалі топ - "доставка тільки до дверей." і все. Короче під час оформлення доставки і підйому на поверх пам'ятайте, підйому не існує так само як і клієнтоорієнтовності підтримки розетки

Rozetka is my go-to for electronics, but their delivery times sometimes feel a bit long compared to other local options. They should improved their deliver speed.

При оформленні замовленні зняло кошти з картки, а замовлення не підтвердили.

Замовляла каву, але вона прийшла в неналежному вигляді.

Never trust a service that has no direct customer service number, for one.

Made an order from the website and got a promo in a message saying you can get 100 UAH off your order in the app. Installed the app, added stuff and that's where the hoop jumping started. The promo just wouldn't apply.
I went to their physical store where they told me to contact them via chat (which is ridiculous in and of itself. If you have physical stores, you should be able to get help there).
The chat operator told me the promo could only be applied to one of my selected products, which was sold by ROZETKA itself and it needed to exceed 100 UAH. Great, I added another one to my cart and lo and behold - nothing. Couldn't apply the promo yet again.
I contacted them via chat again, and that's where they told me the order needed to be over 500 UAH for the promo to apply and gave me a link to the conditions.

Now, my first question is this: is it that hard to put the link with the terms in the actual message along with the app link? Is it?

My next question is: who's going to compensate me for the time I spent dealing with this with absolutely nothing to show for it?

And get this: when asked where I can leave a review/ suggestion for the service, the operator told me I could type it in the chat and they will send it to the relevant department.

In the end I ordered the product from another tried and true service which doesn't use false advertising to make you get their app, has a customer service number and offers free next day delivery, by the way. So there. Take my experience for what you will.

Реклама лазить зі всіх щілин. Неможливо навіть заблокувати рекламу. Блокую, і знову через деякий час влітає. Дратує, відстежує та збирає кожні кроки користувача навіть якщо користувач не зареєстрований.

Щодо стосовно магазину там багато неякісних неперевірених продуктів та вживаних продуктів без відгуків та ще з високою ціною. Модерація скромна, блокують всі залишені відгуки. Неможливо повернути товар при жахливому досвіду використання товару.
