When you want to create a character from a very limited option tool you just get a generic picture and no distinct personality. Personalities are all the same. There are more tools on AIGolov.com
which work properly and there are more advanced features to play with. I went with the year for the best value there. I have been using it for 3 months and I'm not disappointed - there is always something new to try. Crushon ai still needs a lot of work done on improving of the process of character creation and adding diversity to chats. So far it's quite humdrum and repetitive.

Terrible, dishonest, untrustworthy company. Models are barely functional most of the time even the most expensive ones often have issues. Staff have ZERO desire to provide clear, concise, friendly, timely customer service.
they will gladly accept your money and have no problems not delivering the services they sold to you. They do not communicate with their community and are hostile when pushed for answers.
Go somewhere else for AI chatting. This company is not worth your time or your money.

Aplicativo de IA mais lixo que eu já vi na minha vida. Os bots são burr0s e repetem textos até mesmo quando eu reinício a maldita da mensagem 10 vezes, e é todo bugado pois as opções de apagar mensagens sempre bugam e não aparece. Um aplicativo com tudo mas com bots burr0s e inúteis é complicado.

One thing AI does is that they respond alot, however this is the same for Crushonai but that's not what i have a problem with, its the repetitive speeches such as "Oh lets go to a party *the woman says with happiness* and whenever u say something they say this "Oh lets go to a party *the woman says with happiness* Like why do you keep repeating yourself..

I have been using Crushon.ai since late November, and from the start, the platform felt incomplete. I noticed other users had access to the "Album" tool (images inside bots) and the ability to create custom Chat Models. Despite these features being active for others and even having a dedicated "Image" tag in the category list, these options remain locked for me.

I am a paying subscriber, yet neither of these essential tools is included in any subscription package, nor are they accessible. When I opened a ticket on their Discord to resolve this:

1. Initial support (Kiki) claimed it was a subscription feature. I proved her wrong with screenshots showing it wasn't listed in any plan.
2. The issue was "escalated" to another lead (Kathy), who completely ignored my ticket. On that same day, she was active enough to post about a Valentine's Day event to grab more user money, showing where their true priorities lie.
3. A third person (Pleasure) eventually replied, claiming the tool isn't for everyone and using the "Closed Beta" excuse.

My research shows this "Album" tool was launched in May 2025. It has been nearly a year. Calling a feature "Beta" for a year while allowing some users to have it and others not—without any clear criteria—is deceptive marketing and poor management.

To top it off, when I asked for the tool to be manually enabled on my profile, I was told "the developers are on vacation." This is an insulting excuse for a tech platform. The support is vague, dismissive, and clearly lacks the technical authority or will to help their customers.

I am done wasting my time and money on a platform that treats its paying users with such incompetence. Avoid this app if you expect fair treatment or functional support.

I'm not too keen on the creating a character feature. You can't use realistic pictures like Alfred Debling from Bridgerton. Realistic pictures are not allowed even if they are an actor in their roles. They want you to spend $40 a month only to limit you. I do love how you can create your own personas and use them to interact with the characters, but once my month is up. I'm going back to my older ai chats instead. Been on this since November 2025 up until January 2026

crushon.ai seems to be very clearly pursuing its primary goal of making money. The responses from the "Pro" models are randomly generated nonsense that doesn't adhere to character specifications, scenarios, or profile cards. Even when you tell the bot what it did wrong and what it should do, it doesn't understand. You shouldn't pay for such poor quality; free sites are just as bad. Sudden changes of location and clothing without model changes. It forgets everything after a very short time. There's no response to corrections whatsoever. Completely inflexible when it comes to changing subscriptions, for example, to start a membership and the chat package simultaneously. Dear crushon team, you need to offer and deliver much more for the money you're charging!

Bro I signed in. I only talked for like 5 times until it says ''Prove us your 18 years old'' It appears like every 5 seconds, its spamming. Also it spams ''Prove your not ai.'' And when i prove it, the talk i didnt even menage to start dissapears and im in the home page... Go to Spicychat or Polybuzz.. WAY BETTER
