Svar fra Royalcart
We're sorry to hear about your experience, but we couldn't find any prior communication from you before your review. As soon as we saw your feedback, we reached out and offered to exchange any faulty part, we simply requested a photo or video so we could identify the issue. You declined to provide this, so we then offered a free return label for a full refund. However, we’ve not received any further response.
We’re still happy to help if you’d like to proceed with a return or exchange — just get in touch and we’ll resolve it for you.
kind regards

undelivered items
The delivery keeps being promised but I have now been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order of shelves. I keep getting excuses as to why they have not been delivered. Don't trust them! When I ask for a refund they change the subject or make up some story why the item is late or that it is transit.

Svar fra Royalcart
We're very sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, your original parcel was damaged during transit, and the courier returned it without delivering. As soon as you contacted us, we investigated the issue and shared the courier's delivery attempt proof with you. Upon receiving your permission, we immediately dispatched a replacement via 24-hour express service, which you received the very next day.
We truly regret the delay caused and did our best to resolve the matter as quickly and transparently as possible. Despite our efforts to assist and follow up, it’s disheartening to receive a review that does not reflect the full sequence of events.
Nonetheless, we remain available should you still have any concerns — customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
We kindly hope you’ll consider updating your review to reflect the resolution provided.

Amazing service, not great quality.
Amazing price, awesome service and delivery.
Only issue is I bought a gazebo and it didn't even last a month. Material easily ripped, even with no winds. Was sad to have to take it down after loving it.
But also know for the price I paid wasn't going to be the best material, so don't blame the company.

Thank you for your honest feedback, we’re really pleased to hear you were happy with the service, delivery, and pricing. We’re sorry to hear the gazebo didn’t last as expected. While our products are designed for temporary outdoor use, we understand how disappointing it must’ve been. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve, and we’d be happy to assist further if there’s anything we can do.
