Scammers!!

SCAM COMPANY- Order placed for large garden shed for over £1300.00 They cancelled order 7 days after because product suddenly became "out of stock" No refund has been received 1 month later, they don't reply to emails & no contact number is available.

I made an order 1st September 2026. Confirmation email on same day. Heard nothing since. Have sent email to chase up. So far no response. Looked up the company at Companies House. Appears to have been registered 2010 but dormant until 2019. First accounts 2020. It would appear that every year has escalating losses. Only one Chinese Director. In my opinion this company is a scam & at least dodgy. Would appear that it is taking money before sourcing the product. Hence, if you are lucky, you get a delivery long after placing your order.

Update. Money left my card account on 4th September 2026

Ordered 2 indoor airers on 6th July and despite several chasers (without reply) eventually arrived 7th Aug, when rec'd one email saying with post office their problem.
Both airers missing parts and therefore unfit as can't be put together. 10 emails later and messages on the support app, no response as to returns or refund. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY AS A SCAM SELLING FAULTY GOODS.

Never Trust This Supplier

If I could I would give zero rating ordered product that was listed as in stock with a 5 day dispatch time, two weeks later no dispatch and when looking on shopify informed order cancelled. Only after emailing cherish Lewis and complaining did I get an email from them saying order canceled no apologies nothing so will certainly not order anything from them again and advise no one else to do the same

Shambles of a site. Product out of stock even though it’s advertised as available. The product actually available was £300 more than the original listing.(From a different supplier)

Mental to think they have a tip section on the payment screen.

I contacted the company via email regarding a return, and they asked me to provide a date that would work for a DPD collection. I replied to confirm that any date was fine, expecting the process to move forward.

Instead, I was completely ignored for over a week despite sending multiple follow-ups and attempting to get help through their live chat. When they finally responded, I was told that my return now needed to go through an approval process that would take over two weeks — despite previously being told that a collection would be arranged.

The communication has been extremely poor, and the lack of consistency between what I was originally told and what I’m now being told is very disappointing. I have given them 48 hours to provide a proper solution; otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through my bank.

A frustrating experience and not the level of customer service I expected.

Beware... they are bait and switch scammers. They list products of absurdly low prices, cancel the order and attempt to sell the same product for a much higher price. In my case it was a backpack advertised for £103. After paying, I recieved an e-mail saying its not available for that price and I can buy the exact same item for £160.

In stock item cancelled , no apologies just a rubbish email .. wont be shopping here again!

Dreadful service and experience. Having ordered an electric fan, with plenty in stock, 48 hours later the order is cancelled with no explanation, no apology and I see the item price has been increased by almost 50%.
I am left without the item which was needed for my parents and wasted my time.
I checked the next day and they were still in stock but at a higher price of £98.99
Unreliable and will not be using them again.

UPDATE: The price is now almost double (£138.99 instead of £67.99) what I had ordered and can only assume they sold the items at the higher price and cancelled my order, which was a fan that I ordered the day before the heat wave announcement.

No item received, no communication, no nothing. Refund through Paypal. Scam? May be, may be not, but will never use company again. Avoid like the plague.. Order 6554 Solar lights x2

The item arrived sooner than expected, and I received helpful tracking and update emails throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and I always knew the status of my order.

When the parcel arrived, the product was exactly as described on the website. Good quality, well packaged, and no issues at all.

A reliable online store with great customer service. I’ll definitely be shopping here again in the future.

Good first experience

I ordered from Cherish Lewis Online Shop for the first time and wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but overall it was a positive experience.

The order process was straightforward. I noticed they reviewed the order before dispatch, which was reassuring. Delivery was within a reasonable timeframe and the item arrived as described.

I did have a small question after placing the order and their customer service responded fairly quickly, which I appreciated.

No major issues at all — would be happy to order again.

It came from Costco ??? Anyway it was not the colour I wanted so I have tried to get a return label. But there is no response

I placed an order for light this morning, which was listed as available online for dispatch. I declined to pay an extra fee to help the 'company out' within 45 minutes, and my order was cancelled with no explanation. I would not recommend Cherish Lewis and will never order from them again. I also cannot believe the cheek of them asking for a minimum donation of £2.30 to help them out. Save your time and go elsewhere, or end up disappointed. If I could give them zero, I would.

Scam pricing!! They advertised the bike for £414then cancelled the order trying to charge me at least £250 more!
