Looking forward a special something for my 25th wedding anniversary so visited Rox in Liverpool where I was served by Jess. Jess is an absolute credit to the company, she was patient, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Jess had all the time in the world for us, I didn't feel rushed and was very pleased to be able to try on whatever I wanted, as many times as I wanted. We decided on a gorgeous ring, which could be altered to my preference (yellow gold or platinum...natural or lab). I am thrilled with my purchase, but even more thrilled with the service. Very poor experience unfortunately from a company who we chose for our engagement, wedding and eternity rings. I handed my ring in when it got damaged out of shape and was told this was fixable by a service. When I picked it up it was noticeably thinner and I was then quoted over £1,700 to get the ring restored back to its original condition. This was apparently nothing to do with the most recent damage but ‘14 years wear and tear’ with the ring that I hardly ever wear so on this premise I wouldn’t have a ring in 10 year time at this deterioration - it’s platinum! While wear and tear does occur this is excessive. Unfortunately the angle of the photos they took don’t show the bottom of the ring which I am querying and we were accidentally copied into internal communication which explicitly says not to admit any liability despite the first person I spoke to saying it was thinner so I’m now left with a ring which they describe as still ‘wearable’.

Had a struggle at first regarding the website and ordering but the order arrived spot on and the after sales team were amazing.

Found it very difficult to process my order. It took several attempts and eventually had to change payment card as it did not accept credit card (even though perfectly good card). Also had to change delivery to shop as wouldn’t go through delivering to home. I hope it arrives on time as is a 40th birthday gift for my daughter. Also have an email saying I still have it in basket when I have paid for it?

I have the most stunning engagement diamond ring from Rox in Liverpool.

Jess looked after us and ensured that we ended up with the most perfect ring for me. She was professional, courteous and genuinely lovely on each occasion saw her. We had no intention of buying a ring, we just looked in the window one day, dazzled by the diamond jewellery and she gently approached us outside, engaged with us in a way that didn't make us want to walk away, so we went inside and were sold.

Customer service, lacking in a lot of places these days, is in abundance in Rox, Liverpool. Jess ensured we got the quality, size & colour of the diamond we wanted then worked with us for the design. The result is a stunning engagement ring that everyone notices and that I absolutely love.

Bonus is, we get free cleaning for life on the ring and, three free services. We know my ring will always be in top top condition with this excellent after care.

All the staff at Rox were lovely but as Jess looked after us so well, she deserves a special mention. We will be back for another piece of jewellery that I have my eye on for sure.

Fantastic experience! There were some shipping issues to the United States, but Chloe at ROX handled all my correspondence in a timely and professional manner. Especially with the US/UK time difference. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. Love my new watch!!

Was unsure about lab diamonds, went into the Liverpool store and James spent a lot of time with me and listened to what I was looking for . He explained about lab diamonds and showed me the certifications, Ordered in the rings , emailed me over pictures and details and allowed me time to think things over . Made my decision and went back to store and Ewan was just as helpful and polite . Staff are a credit in this store .
James follows up with a phone call . Would definitely recommend and will be going back . Love my purchase and the customer experience from start to finish was first class , well done to you all .
