First class experience on choosing a replacement necklace, friendly, helpful, listening and so much more, beautiful item too.
Also ordered a bracelet online which was easy, quick delivery and lovely packaging

Ordered online and was delivered next day, really happy with the speed of delivery and service!

Having been a customer of Rox previously when I bought my engagement, I decided to go back again for my eternity ring. It was a lovely experience I felt very valued as a customer ( even though it had been many years ago) Excellent value and quality from a trusted and professional jewellers

We called into Liverpool shop before Xmas looking for a diamond necklace and the young lad called Euan was really good ,lots of patients with us getting a few different ones out and explaining about each necklace and diamond , they offered us a drink and we purchased a 1 carrot gold necklace , but they offered us this before they new we were going to buy one , what a gorgeous shop and staff they really were lovely and friendly

Fantastic experience when purchasing diamond earrings in Liverpool store. Jessica was amazing, so friendly, knowledgeable & patient while I decided. Myself, sister & mum were all treated to fizz without any pressure to buy. I’d popped in to look, I left with beautiful earrings which I’ve worn almost every day since! It was a really fun experience & I would definitely recommend the company & Jessica!

Oredering was easy, delivered on time and nicely wrapped, unfortunately the bracelet arrived with a very tight knot in it. Will have to take it to a jewellers to see if they can get it out without breaking it.

The lady on the online chat was outstanding. 5 stars for her alone

Chloe excellent on live chat and provided great answers and options for me

My fiance and I went to multiple jewellery stores and Giulia made sure to listen very carefully to all of our requests! She went above and beyond by quickly getting our ring resized as well.

Upon entering the store, Cynthia and her colleague acknowledged and greeted me in a friendly manner.

Cynthia asked me what I was looking for and informed me about the classification/grade of gold and diamonds on the earrings. She was attentive and told me that there were other styles if I wanted to see more.

I was invited to sit down where I was offered something to drink, to which I had a glass of Moet. After purchasing the gifts, Cynthia explained the diamond classifications specific to what I bought and provided insurance cover.

I am thrilled with my purchase and the high standards provided by Cynthia.

Was served today by the most lovely sales assistant who took time to find me exactly what I was looking for. This was in the Glasgow store. I unfortunately didn’t get her name, young, slim and blonde, but she’s an absolute gem.

I love what you sell..great website feel safe when I purchase from you. Merry Christmas to you all

I bought a pair of earrings for my niece as a gift. She was delighted with her new earrings. The item was packaged well and sent tracked delivery. Very easy to deal with Rox online thank you

So easy to find what I was looking for...great work

Had a problem as the basket kept freezing when trying to pay. Had to come out and go back in a couple of times. Other than that was ok.

Customer service in store is exceptional and staff are extremely polite and friendly. Have also had items delivered to my home address in the past and every care was taken with packaging, delivery was free and also item was gift wrapped beautifully. Today I went in store to collect an online order and received a warm and friendly welcome from Alex in the Edinburgh store. She was helpful, polite and really went out her way to provide amazing customer service and I enjoyed a glass of champagne while she gift wrapped my order. Best service I have had in any store. Thank you.

In my experience Rox deliver a very focused and personalised level of customer service even when handling on line sales.
The service I have received from both Jill and Chloe has been first class from start to finish as they have worked to help me secure a limited edition timepiece which is quite scarce!
I would not hesitate to recommend Rox to family, friends and my contacts in the watch collecting community.

Fantastic shop and service. The website however was a nightmare to use. I was looking to purchase a £80 voucher for my wife and after multiple attempts I managed to add a £40 gift card to the basket, which then doubled to £80.

I asked for a e voucher to be sent the following day that never arrived and I am unsure exactly what has happened. When ordering it said you should receive the gift card on the 27th November but nothing has arrived. I am unsure if I should expect a gift voucher in the post or by email….
