ROX - Diamonds & Thrills Anmeldelser

Great experience from start to finish. Delivery was super quick. The item was very carefully and meticulously packaged. Highly recommended.

Ordered a lab-grown diamond engagement ring and it was beautiful, Chloe was extremely helpful and would definitely use again! Highly recommend.

Staff were inviting, friendly and helpful. I was treated well through my full shopping experience and I am more than happy to be a returning customer

We visited Rox to buy an eternity ring as a 60th birthday gift and we’re absolutely delighted with the service we received from Samantha at the Newcastle store.
She went out of her way to keep us up to date with progress and looked after us so well while we were in store.
The quality of the jewellery is wonderful and we were extremely happy with our purchase and especially the service we received from Samantha. She made sure we will definitely be back in the future.

Great customer service and very responsive team

I love going into the Rox store in Liverpool, all the staff are very friendly and very helpful, the items on display are beautiful and if you cant find what you are looking for they will help you or go that extra mile to help you find what you want, I have made 4 purchases from this store and am sure I will be back for more, they even made me one ring from a design I liked that they didnt stock, nothing is too much trouble for them, if you want quality jewellery and a friendly smiling face to help this is the store for you. The complimentary drinks are an added bonus, but I recommend the Moet and Chandon, just a shame they dont give you a bottle to celebrate with when you pick up your purchase! The selection of engagement rings on offer is amazing, something for all tastes and you can even get lab grown diamonds now too.
Sue has always been our sales lady and she is more like a friend to us now, but all the girls and the boys are exceptionally helpful and very knowledgable.

Would like to thank Blair and his team for sorting out the mix up regarding my rings. Thanks again for sorting this out.

Very easy online purchase
👍👍👍

I cannot recommend Samantha Chambers at Rox enough she went above and beyond to help us get perfect Engagement and wedding bands. She is very professional and listens to your needs and works around budgets. If you want a professional service go and see Samantha

Ive bought 3 diamond rings from Rox Newcastle for my girlfriend.
Was advised by Lyndsey who was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I had been to other jewellers but found Rox to be much more friendly and without any pressure.

Big shout out to Sue in your liverpool store! Bought my engagement ring and wedding bands plus a few other items and she is just the best! Always greet us with a smile and very helpful.

Very fast delivery well impressed
Thanks 😊

Right up to the point of pressing the 'buy' button, I had been impressed with Chloe's help in Customer Service. The Tag Heuer Monaco at a brilliant price was shown as in stock. I paid a 30% deposit, using finance for the balance. All of a sudden, it was showing a special order with a SIX week delivery. Sending emails to three different parts of ROX immediately and before they closed for the weekend has left me in limbo as I am not prepared to wait so long and especially as it has been price matched by a large mainstream jeweller.
UPDATE. Thanks to a lady in the Leeds showroom and Laura in Newcastle, my watch will be delivered tomorrow. Nobody knows why the advice note I got showing item in stock but with mid June delivery was sent, but happily should not be sorted. Well done to the two showrooms. Thank you

Absolutely amazing service from Lora at Rox Newcastle. Made the experience of choosing a ring for my special birthday so enjoyable. Lora was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The ring I chose was exactly what I came in for. Not our first purchase from ROX and wint be the last. Thanks Lora!

No doubt one of the smoothest jewellery purchases (both online experience and resizing in store). Ring itself arrived in under 24 hours, certificated and looked beautiful. Fantastic quality Lab Diamond solitaire Engagement ring. All staff interacted with were friendly and knowledgable. Can’t recommend ROC enough and will very likely return for the wedding rings!!

We loved coming to Rox for our wedding bands. We had Lynsey looking after us and she went above and beyond, really listened to what we wanted, we had such a good laugh and felt really looked after. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. All of the girls are great. Thank you!!

The service I received from beginning to end including aftercare was amazing. Lynsey in the Newcastle store was an absolute diamond in helping me choose the right ring for me. She was so knowledgeable and explained all about clarity, cuts and sizes. Everyone was so welcoming and the upstairs of the shop is simply stunning. Highly recommend Rox

My wife loved the earrings ❤️
Delivered on her birthday, perfect 💎❤️

Really impressed with the service I received from Chloe. She was prompt, professional, and super friendly throughout. Everything was clearly communicated, and she made the whole process easy and hassle-free. Dispatch is sorted quickly, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. Thanks again, Chloe!
