Competitive prices and excellent service.
Simple ordering online process and well described options offering great value.
The following day one of the staff phoned to explain that one of the options was out of stock but an alternative was available if I was happy with that. I accepted the alternative and 24 hours later the telescope and accessories arrived as promised.
Excellent service and I'll definitely use Rother Valley Optics again.

Although my telescope was slower…
Although my telescope was slower arriving than I was led to believe, the staff at Rother Valley were very helpful and responsive to my questions and the communication was good. When the telescope did arrive it was in perfect condition so overall I was happy.

I ordered items online unfortunately they were out of stock. The company emailed me the information quickly and informed me promptly when it was back in stock. They were very helpful in rearranging delivery to suit me and it arrived safely and on time.

Happy I chose this company.
Their friendly and informative staff helped me to make the right choice in buying a new go to mount for my refractor. Everything was simple and trouble free to order with fast delivery. My only criticism is their website, which is really outdated since it has not been upgraded to display on smartphones or tablet pc’s. Overall, 10/10

New telescope.
Ordered new telescope on the 6th March, delivered to shop on the 7th, collected from shop on the 8th March. Excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, the shop is well fitted out with plenty of stock for customers to browse. Had a bit of trouble finding the shop but that was due to Sat Nav, Google maps soon sorted that out.
