Rother Valley Optics Anmeldelser

Good service, good price

Super quick delivery - impressive.

Delivery cost is expensive, maybe a 2nd option for slower post at a cheaper cost, especially when it's a small, not expensive item.

Staff efficient and helpful and quick to sort any orders. Good variety of telescopes and accessories, will definitely order from them in future.

You phoned to explain there was a delay with the order.

Excellent communication, kept me updated on the progress of the order. Item was out of stock when I ordered it so there was a delay in the order otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Always very helpful, friendly staff

Excellent advice and support from Rother Valley Optics yet again which resulted in another purchase from them. Great company to deal with. Recommended.

Fast and accurate delivery at an excellent price. Thanks for the great service.

Communication was great - combined 2 separate orders (one made the following day) in to one package so only one delivery charge incurred. Items were sold at a good price, despatched promptly and, importantly, delivered using the most reliable carrier in my area (DPD).

Excellent. Great price and very speedy delivery.

I would give more stars if I could. I can't recommend this company highly enough. There was a slight issue with my order. Not only were they incredibly understanding and friendly, they also went above and beyond to rectify it. Top notch customer service and the best price I found on the internet. Thanks for a great customer experience.

I met some of the team at Astrofest and they were very helpful. My RASA 8 arrived when they said it would and i was impressed with their prompt and efficient service.

Initially, I had a problem trying to call the company - due to my mobile phone wifi calling/carrier I think ( not terribly technical…..). However, once I got through, they were incredibly helpful. One star dropped due to delivery two days later than scheduled, but otherwise, all good. The telescope I wanted was £20 cheaper here than on Amazon etc. for exactly the same product.

Great speedy service on my order, what else can I say? Would I use RVO again? Of course!!!

I purchased a finderscope from RVO last week and am very happy with the service and speed of delivery - the finder was at my door less than 24 hours after ordering! Adam was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great service and delivery. In case of a problem, you have the opportunity to communicate with the seller. This makes sure that you will always get what you expect, so I will shop at this store whenever I need something. Thanks!

Great range of products and very prompt service.
