Awful clothes, non existent customer service. 2 dresses arrived several weeks late and looked like they were made of plastic bags they were so synthetic. Nothing like the images. Requested a full refund, posted both items back to China, tracked as asked. Have had zero reply or refund from them. Appalling. Avoid at all costs.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Rose & Ivy, London to think twice. I wish I had read these reviews first which all seem bad!

I purchased the Calen Off Shoulder Flow Midi Dress after seeing it advertised on their website. What I received was nothing like the product shown or represented online. The fabric is extremely cheap, the quality is very poor, and the cut/design of the dress does not even allow it to be worn off the shoulder as advertised. I have photographs to support this.

I was also very surprised to discover that the dress was shipped from China, not London, and it took an unreasonably long time to arrive.

When I contacted the company to request a return and refund, instead of providing a straightforward solution, I was offered just 10% of the purchase price. I was told that I would have to return the item to China, with the postage costing approximately £25.

I rejected this and requested a full 100% refund.

Then, conveniently, I received an email stating that Rose & Ivy, London are "regrettably shutting down." Given the timing, this has left me extremely concerned about whether I will actually receive my money back.

This has been a very poor experience from start to finish: misleading product representation, extremely poor quality, lengthy delivery, an unreasonable return process and now uncertainty over receiving a refund.

I have retained photographs of the product received and all correspondence with the company.

I would not recommend ordering from Rose & Ivy, London. Based on my experience, I would urge potential customers to do their research carefully before placing an order. Spam website, poor quality & terrible customer service.

It's a scam website! They sent me a dress that cost £45 in a sale, it looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Wrong fabric, wrong cut, just awful, not even suitable for fancy dress. Because it was in a sale, their policy said you can't return sale items. They offered my a 10% discount. It says Rose & Ivy London but it comes from China. Don't fall for it like I did.....

Exactly the same experience as everyone else. Dress looked NOTHING like picture. From China. Awful quality. Asked to return, had to answer long questions, said sale items couldn't be returned - it wasn't a sale item - said returns cost £25-30 at my expense - wouldn't give returns address, offered 10% refund then 15% then 20%. Said refund could take 2 months and they would have to inspect it. Don't believe they will refund at all. TOTAL SCAM no 30 day standard refund policy.

How are these allowed to rip people off this way. Received 2 dresses of awful quality, resembled nothing like advertised and then refused refund. Offered 10% refund and said I needed to pay £25-£35 to return the rubbish to CHINA. Do not touch with a barge pole. Sadly cannot give less that 1 star

Purchased a dress looked lovely on the website. The dress I received was nothing like what I had ordered. Tried to return it, they do not refund sale items and goods had to be sent back to China and I had to pay costs to return, only states this in the FAQ'S not on the general returns information. Emailed Customer Care not willing to help, or assist to help at all. Ended up with a 5% refund . What a joke. ! Would not recommend this company at all, first and last time I buy anything from them.

Disgusting! Why are they allowed to trade, I reported on Facebook as a scam and they said it wasn't!

They make you believe your items are coming from London in 2-5 days by royal mail, when in fact it took 3 weeks from China. When items finally arrived they are NOTHING like the pictures and very very cheap! Several emails back and forth telling me i agreed to their ‘no returns’ policy, next offering 10%, then 15% then 20% refund, they finally gave me a return address (not before quoting my legal rights to them) i had 6 dresses, one faulty and ive just returned the parcel which cost me £47.80! I think my bank will fight for my money back so i had no option as the refund due is around £190. Costly and very frustrating mistake! They need to be closed down they are nothing but rip off merchants! Save yourself the hassle just do not order from Rose & Ivy London (or china jokes!)

I can only repeat everything that every previous review has said. I am totally disgusted that this company is allowed to continue scamming people in this way. I thought I was ordering a beautiful floaty dress from a London company which wasn’t cheap only to receive after weeks of waiting the most laughable cheap nylon creased and ill fitting piece of rag fit for nothing more than the bin from China. I am actually receiving replies to my emails unlike some but with auto generated replies about their clearly stated T&Cs etc etc I have been offered 15% refund Wow that’s great customer service NOT 😡

Biggest Regret Purchase, returns process not clear at the point of purchase, the colour and appearance beared no resemblance to the item. Dispatch of goods delayed when I tried to cancel request was ignored. Emails were ignored. Overall disappointing experience I would never buy again

If I could give zero stars I would ! Do not buy from this company. Dress arrived 2 weeks after ordering but said it was dispatched the day I ordered. They then emailed to say there would be a delay ! This is definitely not traveling from London
When it eventually arrives it was awful! Quality so so poor and didn't look anything like the advert.
No labels were attached to the dress so I'm waiting for that as an excuse as to why I'm still waiting for a refund oh no wait they still haven't said I'm getting one yet even though they received the dress on the 27th July and have heard nothing back from their so called customer service.

Following receipt of a very poor quality dress, this company was very reluctant to accept a return for refund. They eventually offered me a refund of 15% to be paid in 5 working days. It is now 10 working days later and I have not yet received any refund. Truly awful experience all round. Do not be tempted to buy from them

I have not received it yet. Just as I thought, clothes are coming from China and not London. This company is telling lies about its products. I have emailed them several times, they have responded but done nothing to sort out my parcel. I would not recommend buying from this company as they are dishonest.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Rose & Ivy London - the delivery was delayed and did not receive the item for a longer period than expected. When I received the shoes they were dirty, covered in dust and smelled disgusting. When trying to contact R&ILondon for a refund, I had to send 4 emails prior to getting a response. When they finally responded, they advised I was not eligible for a refund as part of their T&C's did not allow sale items to be returned and if I did return I would have to mail to China which would cost the amount of the shoes. I would highly discourage anyone ordering any items from this company. A very bad experience and product from start to finish.

I want to give this company a zero, but 1 is the lowest possible. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! The quality is not as described. The clothes come from China , not London!!
I wanted to return a dress and have been advised that it will cost between £25-£35 to return at my cost. The dress isn’t as described, awful quality and too small. When I read the return section on their website, it said you can return for any reason within 30 days. Nothing about returning to China at your own cost.

Terrible quality. Shoes arrived broken.

Like all the other reviews, I waited weeks for the item which was nothing like the picture. Extremely poor quality with no labels or washing instructions. Crushed in a tiny plastic bag. Didn't even try it on due to the poor quality. Tried to return and told I had to send it to China at a cost of £35. Contacted my bank who raised a dispute on my behalf and it went in my favour and a full refund given.

I wouldn’t even give the Rose and Ivy company one star but can’t review without one !
I want to warn people not to go near this company who are totally disreputable and entirely scamming people.
I waited weeks for a dress which when it arrived was of extremely poor quality , creased , unlabelled and no where near true to size .
When trying to return, Rose and Ivy demanded that , I fill out reems of paperwork to then be told their policy is not to refund any items which have been in the Sale (all on sale on website!) shipping costs back to China would be £35 and that they were only prepared to refund £3.50 to me and I could keep the poor quality , wrong sized dress!
Allegedly this is all in Rose and Ivy’s returns policy and I had signed up for this when I bought .
I never normally buy from sites I don’t know and now I know why. This is a total scam .Rose and Ivy bury all of this information knowing full well people won’t read this level of detail .
I am going to pursue with Trading Standards as I feel this company is deliberately setting out to scam people. This was a costly mistake for me and one which although I take full responsibility for, I will not make again.
I would recommend that you avoid avoid avoid and spend your hard earned cash somewhere that can be trusted - clearly Rose and Ivy cannot!
