Scheduling Issues

I had a problem with getting my new EVO EV charger schedule to work, Lukasz took me through it step by step and it works perfectly now. Excellent service!

It took a long time to get an engineer…

It took a long time to get an engineer to attend site, the original booking being the 10 January 26, by the 9 March we had 2 faults to deal with, and the engineer was great when he arrived, fixing one fault in minutes, the second took a large amount of time to resolve but he stuck at it with the support of his colleague on the phone and after replacing several items the charger is working again.

I am writing to share my positive experience working with Ellie Bennet.

Ellie was incredibly helpful while we were getting our chargers online and connected. Throughout our emails and calls, she provided excellent direction and assistance, for which I am truly grateful. I found her to be friendly, polite, and a pleasure to work with.

Lukasz Wozniak Called me regarding an…

Lukasz Wozniak Called me regarding an issue I had with an old charging unit I had. He was very helpful and sent me all the information I needed to solve my problem.
I was pleased that Rolec contacted me very quickly after I had emailed them explaining my issue with the charger being offline.

Mixed bag

I did not like the amount of time waiting to talk to somebody when calling and that it took several chase ups and a month to resolve. However when it was resolved, it was done professionally, efficiently and courteously.

For the first time ever

For the first time ever, it felt like Rolec listened to my issue, took down all of the details and sent an engineer next day. The electrician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and resolved the issue in about 20 minutes.

I’d like to give a huge thank you to Ellie at Rolec Technical for providing great service, as always. Every time I deal with her, she’s friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.
It’s rare to find someone so reliable and genuinely dedicated to excellent customer service. Ellie is a real asset to Rolec Technical, and it’s always a pleasure working with her.
Highly recommended!
