Lukasz displayed patience far beyond what I could reasonably have expected, and expertly answered all my queries in great detail & step by step, & even went back several times when I failed to grasp the detail. I simply cannot thank him enough & would commend him to anyone unsure of how to set up their charger. He is simply quite outstanding!

The company was incredibly helpful in resolving my EV car charger issue. They replaced the faulty one for new with no hassle. The technical expert Lucasz Wozniak was very knowledgeable and helpful. After sorting the new charger for me, he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me after it was installed to ensure it was configured and set up correctly

Impossible to get through to anyone
Impossible to get through to anyone. Every option on the phone rings for 10 mins, then goes through to reception. Then put back into the queue and do it all over again!

I recently had cause to contact Rolec regarding an issue I had with my EV charger. Lukasz was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through a few checks before advising me on some other options available to me, as the unit was now outdated regarding modern day EV’s. I would highly recommend Rolec and Lukasz in particular.

I've had issues with two charge points…
I've had issues with two charge points showing faults so I contacted Rolec. Piotr got in contact and was great walking me through the steps to change the back office, he also updated and fixed all the problems.
