Great customer service!

Ordered our engagement ring right before the Christmas holiday. The diamond I picked was sold to someone else that same day, I was contacted and given a suitable replacement diamond. Shipping from California to michigan I received my ring 14 hours after it shipped, absolutely amazing. My girlfriend loved it. I am very happy with my experience and the beauty of the ring.

Couldn't be happier and neither can my now fiance. It was very important that I knew exactly where the materials were sourced and RockHer gave me that confidence. Thank you so much

Amazing experience purchasing engagement ring.. Rickher team was attentive, helpful and kept promise to deliver ring within the time i needed to have it

My Fiancé just worked with RockHer to design the most perfect custom engagement ring for me. He has shared that the experience was nothing but thorough and helpful. I would recommend using RockHer to help find the perfect engagement ring.

Great customer service. Very helpful and they worked with me to re arrange my delivery with no problems. The ring is beautiful a lot of ring for a good price. Cant wait to propose 01/01/19.

Easy to use website, I knew nothing about choosing a diamond but was able to figure it out using all the tools they provide. Excellent customer service. On time delivery. Great prices.

I love the ring I just purchased a few weeks ago. The staff was awesome and so helpful. Thank you all so much! I highly recommended.

I purchased for my gf Alicia, they are beautiful! I hope to take for evaluation ASAP! But to my eye/and hers they are stunning!!

I was tad disappointed the pearl earrings we discussed when I was finalizing purchase were not included.

Update-
Just found out pearls were shipped, everything better than promised, especially VS1-VS2 quality stones 30% lower than high end jewelers!

i ordered a stunning 4 carat tennis bracelet and the rockher team delivered on their promise, my wife loves, the Rockher team is great and I highly recommend them.

Extremley happy with my ring order from RockHer. The site is very user friendly, and customer service is great. Makes the process very easy. The wife loves me -- I'm a freakin' hero. Thanks RockHer!!

Please don’t have any hesitations with this company. I worked with Teresa and she was absolutely amazing. They seem like a very rapid growing company so you have to possibly allow yourself time before you order but even so the turn around is super fast. I ship them a diamond and they were able to set it in a beautiful setting. This engagement stuff is stressful and these ladies and gents that work here make it so much more less stressful.

RockHer has a beautiful site that was really easy to use! I had a question about something and the customer service was great! Would definitely use this company again!

The jewelry is amazing, I love it so much. Beautiful. Definitely would get from here again! Well worth the price!

Many thanks to the Rockher team for helping me with a last minute custom Hanukkah/birthday present for the wife. I heard through the grapevine that the wife wanted diamond hoops earrings. While the Rockher site didn’t have any, after speaking with the excellent customer service team I had the earrings in my hands within 36 hours!!!!!!! They saved my life. Can’t thank the Rockher team enough!!!! Wife loved them too!!!

Great customer service and the ring looks great. I will recommend to anyone else looking for a ring.

Great service... but now waiting for my ring.

My experience with RockHer has been excellent. Sean was helpful from the very beginning of the process all the way through. He’s still helping me make sure my ring fits absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend them!!

Very happy with my purchase. The rings were stunning and the transaction was very smooth.
