Roc search… 10/10 recruitment business who took into account everything I was looking for from a personal and professional need.
These went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and managed my process to perfection.
I would recommend reaching out 👍🏻

One of the best businesses on the market! Throughout my search for a new role, I have been very impressed with how the team have supported me!

They were personable, professional and knowledgeable in all interactions from the start to end of my process.

I would highly recommended working with Roc on your next search and I would do myself if I was to ever move!

Fantastic service and professional advice which helped our business

Refreshing experience. Took a detailed brief, sent me over relevant CVs after approx. 48 hours, alongside detailed information about their situation and requirements. Took 2 candidates through interview process and 1 accepted the job. Great communication and candidate management throughout, would definitely recommend

Fantastic company, really great bunch of people. Can’t fault them :-)

Great service from start to finish with Roc Search. They helped me fill a really tricky role where other recruiters just couldn’t help and were unsuccessful ! The service was excellent, the quality of candidate was fantastic. I now will be using them for all our positions from now on !

Diligent in their work and extremely knowledgeable in their specialist market.

I have worked with ROC Search for the past 18 months as an Advisor to the Board. They are a fantastic, people focussed business, with a great culture and philosophy. They have created a special business and I would recommend them to all prospective colleagues, candidates and clients.

I joined Roc as a trainee consultant in 2012 in the Reading HQ and made steady progress to London Senior Business Manager in the 9 years working there.
Highlights were the training, growth/progress opportunity across different locations and long lasting friendships made.

Great experience with the team at ROC Search. Extremely professional and knowledgeable within my field of expertise. The team not only offered up great advice but also went above and beyond to ensure my desired outcome was achieved.

Incredible customer service from a first class team, brilliant communication throughout.
