After being on the cyber security course for 4 months, I received no support nor anything of substance.

I noticed that none of the provided materials were worth anything, as in they poorly worded and out of date compared to the free training from Microsoft's own training/learning website. Which they also continuously cited, proving their own provided material was not sufficient in any shape or form.

They also stated that before you could take the exams you had to pass the mocks, but they don't give access to the mocks until you ask for it. Furthermore the mocks were full spelling mistakes, syntax errors and If I remember correctly in some cases were just flat out wrong.

After all this I attempted to get in contact to get a refund as I believed, and still do, that this was scam. As I had spent £600 on essentially nothing. They then replied threatening legal action for saying that I believed they were a scam. This was in an E-mail format, that they attempted to claim was slander. I then responded reminding them that slander is for a spoken format, they were thinking of libel. Which was still not applicable as it was in E-mail format and not a publicized document.

I have still not got my money back, so I would recommend not spending it in the first place on such a company.

Update:

They first attempted to flag my review because they didn't like it. However as is evident that failed, it was reviewed and came out in my favour. It seems they are also now attempting to discredit me by stating that I "reconsider what is a scam." Somewhat ironic from a company that threatened legal action without understanding the parlance or the laws.

The irony continues when you read their "response". "We would be happy to hear any feedback on what more you would like to add to our support system, as we are always looking to improve." "When we make mistakes, we acknowledge them and work to rectify them." Both very well disproven by the attempt to flag the post first, then leave a response after it fails.

They've written that I only leave negative reviews, which isn't untrue. As like most people I only feel the need to leave a review when I feel like I should share my experience, out of the hope that some of resolution or common ground could be found, like what occurred with Ebuyer.

They also wrote I "accused them of being scams, lying, or taking money." Clear that they didn't read them isn't it? As for what I wrote about Ebuyer, I clearly stated that I felt scammed, not that I thought that it was one. Boots I was upset that I ordered on the UK website and had to buy an adaptor for UK electrical outlets. Royal mail, I paid for a faster delivery that ended up being slower than the free delivery time during Christmas.

They've written what they supposedly offer as well, things that I was promised but never received.

And finally, claiming that they have "reached out to you for your contact details to resolve this matter", again after attempting to flag my post.

My name is Lewis, and I took a course package with Robust IT, consisting of five courses over two years. After much contemplation about changing my career from a lorry driver to IT, I was a bit nervous about the effort and knowledge required to enter the field of cybersecurity. It wasn't easy, but I dedicated a lot of hours to studying and eventually earned my qualifications. Considering my demanding job of 60 to 70 hours a week, it took me about two years, and I sacrificed many weekends.

One of the biggest advantages was the option to attend classes included in my bundle. This was incredibly beneficial, especially with the guidance of my tutor, Jeremy. His extensive knowledge and ability to answer any question were impressive. Jeremy's dedication and expertise were truly exceptional, making the learning experience much smoother.

Robust IT's customer service also stood out significantly. They were always willing to go the extra mile to prioritize students' needs. Whenever I needed additional learning materials or extra help, they responded promptly and effectively, showing a strong commitment to student success.

For anyone considering the Network+ certification, I highly recommend the two-week classroom option due to the extensive amount of material covered. The support available at Robust IT is exceptional, with knowledgeable staff always ready to assist.

As someone who was initially nervous about entering a completely new field, I found tremendous support and encouragement from Robust IT. Despite my dyslexia, which made it challenging to handle complex terminology, they accommodated my learning needs and helped me reach my goals. A special thanks to Jeremy, who consistently gave 110% effort and was always willing to help, ensuring that I and many other students succeeded.

Robust IT also provides friendly reminders to keep students on track with their learning. They regularly check in to ensure everything is going smoothly and offer assistance whenever needed. I highly recommend Robust IT as a learning institution and plan to return for another qualification in the next few months.

To give the most accurate review, I decided to leave this feedback after my two-year experience, ensuring a fair and comprehensive evaluation.

Wasn't so happy in the beginning but the support team responded quickly to improve my experience as a student and have continued to support me by providing a flexible timetable to suit my lifestyle.

They have good course material and both online and classroom studying has been effective.

Jeremy is a Top Class Tutor who teaches with a Unique style that
1. Makes me feel confident in my career transition and taking my exam
2. Is humorous and professional at the same time

Robust have an open door policy and after care system in place that makes it easy for me to access help whenever I need and increases my confidence in achieving my goals.

Started certificate no4 with Robust IT. Its been a massive learning curve going in with zero knowledge to passing my az900 sc900 and comptia network plus. Sean at the support desk has been brilliant when ever I run into snags. Jeremy has also been fantastic and helps put things in a clearer perspective. My only gripe is that there are not any classroom availability in London for my security plus course so I feel I'm not able to utilise all the support that should be available

Good experience, helped me achieve one certification so far, and are helping me gain more as I advance. The support is really fast and helpful. Sean Cooper messages me back almost immediately when I text in to ask a question or if I have any issues.

I have recently received my CEH with Robust IT, and I am again having to write to share my experience with anyone else thinking of learning with them.

Sales: These guys are easy to talk to and very helpful, I never felt that I was getting a hard sell and never felt pushed into anything didn't want, they are knowledgably about the industry in general and can offer some great advise on what will work for you.

Instruction: Jeremy is incredibly knowledgeable, he has a great knack for taking very complex subject and breaking it down into easy to get concepts. He is a fantastic educator and an asset to the company.
I honestly believe that what really makes the difference to my case personaly, was that fact I was in a class and able to focus on face to face tuition, I think lately too much learning is based on the internet but that is no substitute for the actual experience of being in a class and in the right zone.
If you are serious about learning a new skill in cyber security with focus to get a job, id seriously recommend attended a class (I went to Harlow) as its truly the best way to learn. I can say this with conviction earned by first hand experience.

It was a number of years ago I had the misfortune to come into contact with Robust IT. I'm only sorry it's taken me this long to share my experience in a place they can't delete it as they did with my Facebook review.
I purchased a Cyber Security course from Robust IT, spending around £3,500. I was in between work having been in a position where I had to leave my job, and I'd always enjoyed computing and been interested in the Cyber Security industry, so I signed up.
I was promised help through the course, and was told that at the end, I would be fully accredited and helped to find work in the field. It was at the first part of the accreditation (Azure fundamentals) that I ran into trouble, however. Having studied the material, watched all the explanatory videos and made copious notes to help me, I felt I was finally ready to tackle the mock exam. For context, before they allow you to sit the real exam, you must evidence three mock exams at 80% passed (or at least that's how it was when I was undertaking my course). I initially thought this was a good idea, but upon sitting my first mock exam, I was shocked and disheartened to see that virtually none of the topics I was asked about were covered in any of the learning/revision materials or videos! I thought there must be a mistake, so I contacted my Robust IT Support Advisor, and he told me that "the mock exams are not indicative of the real thing". If that's the case, how on earth am I supposed to learn from them - and worse yet - how am I meant to pass them to take my real exam?
I felt extremely let down at this obstacle and couldn't see a way around it. I wasn't given access to any materials that taught me about the topics covered in the mocks, and having to pass the mocks before taking the real exam meant that I was well and truly stuck! When I realised I wasn't getting anywhere with the Support Advisor, I asked for an immediate refund, only to be told that the 14-day refund period had expired. I explained to them that the reason for my refund request only became apparent at the end of the first part of the course, which took more than 14 days to complete given the amount of information I was studying, however they were less than empathetic and were unwilling to issue the refund.
The whole experience with them has made me devastated. I lost out on thousands of pounds to get a new start in a new career, but due to the issues I encountered, I wasn’t able to progress down that path.

UPDATE:
I have been contacted by Robust IT who apologised for the issues I encountered. This was greatly appreciated on my part, as they took ownership of where things went wrong. They have offered me the chance to retake the course from the start, and have assured me that I will have 1-1 support through the mock exams. I have a new career now, but will do this as a hobby.

Had excellent service from the phone call I had with Thusan and Darren. I spoke to them enquiring about AI courses and it sounded amazing.

I recently attended the CEH classroom training at Robust IT, which was fantastic. The hands-on environment is perfect for anyone serious about ethical hacking. Our instructor, Jeremy, was amazing. After filling out a advert seen on Instagram for the course, surprisingly the same day I was contacted by Leslie for a consultation call where he kindly explained in detail the processes of the course and how it works. He also allowed me to ask all the questions I felt were necessary for me to feel comfortable in investing in this course within RobustIT. In terms of the course itself I have only passed the first module of AZ-900 which I feel I should be comfortable completing on my own, but I feel very exited to attend the classes for the other courses. The resources they give you to learn are great and I’m really exited to see how far I can go with this course. So far so good 👍😁

I am very happy that I took the decision to undergo training with RobustIT. They were very friendly and responsive when I needed help or jad questions! They have great instructors and support staff.

The price was affordable and can be paid off in installments (I have mine like that, over 3 years).
