First i need who ever is reading to scrutinize the reviews and find that majority of the 5 stars are people who had initial conversations and have not actually gone through the course. I have and regretted it massively. whatever you do, do your research and choose another company. believe the negative reviews. this is my second review as they managed to take the last one down. this is what they do so be careful.
I will not mention any names but i am well aware of majority of their workers and how they initially present themselves as helpful. I can only speak for my course which is the project management course. They have no clue and only interested in the money. i should let you know that if you fail the first part of the course, despite the payment being for 2 certifications you will not be able to progress. they do not discuss this at the initial conversation and later threaten with legal actions.

I wanted to explore training options for transitioning into Cyber Security. After attending 2 webinars (there was so much information that I attended a second just to make sure I digested it all!) presented by Simon Hirst of Robust IT and Faizal Shabeer of EC Council, I had a much clearer understanding of the training path and have started first steps with Robust IT. Simon Hirst has been a brilliant mentor and guide - thank you :)

I just wanted to personally thank Jack H. for today’s help. I wasn’t able to participate in a long period of my training course due to family issues and I was really worried that I won’t be able to do my exams on time but to my surprise Jack and the team at Robust IT have offered me an extension instantly removing all my anxiety. Absolutely legendary approach to a customer. Not only they are a very professional education provider who have continuously supported me in my career but also great down to earth people.

I wasn't going to do the course because I thought it might have been a Micky mouse job, but thanks to Emma Crichton, she convinced me otherwise.

I looked into courses working towards the Ethical Hacker qualification with Robust IT. Coming from a customer services industry and working in management, I can hands down say that the team at Robust IT and setting the bar high with the standard of service I received. I spoke with a Course Advisor named Emma and she was very helpful, knowledgable and supportive when going through this process. It was made quick, easy and I feel like the support that is on offer from Robust IT is a league above the rest. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone, I will follow up with a review at the end of my experience so I can provide a full and honest review but if it’s half as good as it’s been so far, 5 stars isn’t enough for this team.

Spoke to Leslie on the phone. Was a pleasure speaking with him, helped me break down the main details about the course and the whole process itself. Was very down-to-earth and easy to communicate with despite my young age. I look forward to the opportunities that come with the course.

Since I have started my Azure AZ 900 fundamentals course the support I have received from the team at Robust IT has been incredible.
They are always sending messages of support and encouraging you to fone or email when needing any help or information.
The support team always gets in touch immediately via email and phone and makes this experience amazing especially as this is an area which is unfamiliar to me, so thank you so much to the team at Robust IT...worth every penny.

Their team is quick to respond. I needed labs setup for Azure cloud and it was done within the few hours of my request. I would recommend everyone to use the official labs for Azure as they are really good quality.

Recently completed one of my cyber security modules with Robust and I must say it was quality training material, specially the official lab exercises. The instructor was approachable, making complex topics easy to understand.

I came across an advert on Facebook for the cyber security training course they provide. I received a phone call from Connor who was really helpful, he answered all my questions about the course and offered advice on how best to continue. I would recommend these as they have been great for me.

I sent off a request for more info on the cyber security courses I'd seen advertised in Instagram and within a day had received a comprehensive reply. Following that there was a courtesy phone call from Scout asking if I had any more questions.
I've only just begun but so far I've been impressed at the level of support and the quality of the materials provided.

Emma was extremely helpful. As I’m new to the industry, she patiently answered all my queries- and they were many! She gave me the chance to speak to their work placement team to clear my doubts on getting work experience within the course which gave me the insights I really needed. The latter and their partnerships is what really made a difference when comparing with other training companies.

I'm enrolled in the AI and Machine Learning course. In my experience with Robust, the tutorials are designed for no IT experts, the learning experience is hands-on in labs, and the mock exams platform has a significant bank of questions to prepare for the exams.

Robust IT have proven to be an excellent pathway for newcomers in the IT industry, offering professional support, communication and educational tools to develop even the most novice of people like myself into effective professionals within the industry.

Their representative Scout who has walked me through the entire process has been very courteous, understanding and informative in helping me understand the specifics of what’s on offer and the benefits of studying their Cyber Security programme, I would recommend them highly.

As I am looking to expand my expertise in the IT field, I have found the advert online and enquire for more details. I received the Robust IT emails and phone calls the next day.
I had the chance to talk with Simon today and could not have a better person to chat with.
Simon seems to be so professional, knowledgeable and understanding. Simon listened to me and offered me all the details I asked for. Furthermore, Simon managed to answer some of my questions without me even asking and was one step ahead. On top of this, his sense of humour and forwardness was appreciated. After the phone conversation, Simon also emailed me all the info so I could have a look and consider my decision. Also, Simon asked when it would be a good time for me to have a follow-up call.
If all the Robust IT staff are like Simon, I believe it is the best place to be.

The team at Robust IT have been extremely helpful with my career change and the training provided. The training materials and delivery was very easy to follow and the suggested path was a great fit.

But what truly set this experience apart was the incredible after-support. Post-training, I found myself equipped not just with knowledge, but also with a responsive support team ever ready to address any queries or challenges. Their commitment to ensuring every trainee transitions from learning to application seamlessly is commendable.
