Got the Comp TIA package and still in…
Got the Comp TIA package and still in first step Azure. Their support team is in fairness very responsive. We are currrently doing webinar for Azure but honestly, I do not think it reflects on what is needed for the exam which is very important to progress to CompTIA.
Still, we are very hopeful that once we finished and passed this course they will help us to land first job in IT field since I also have 3 colleagues waiting for our feedback and will decide if they will enroll as well.

I can understand the concern about how the Azure content aligns with the AZ-900 exam, which is a foundational certification. As the support team mentioned, the AZ-900 is a multiple-choice exam, but the course aims to prepare you not only to pass the exam but also to use the skills in the real world. No Refunds if You’re not Happy
Let me make this simple and clear, everything this company offers is available for free on Microsoft’s e-learning portal. The only things you'd have to pay for are your exams which aren't expensive and certainly don't cost as much as this company is charging for mostly free information. Avoid Avoid Avoid. I signed up for the CEH course with this company not realizing that not only can you not get your money back if you don't feel their training is up to standards but also the CEO will attack you personally if you complain using “defense 101” tactics and put any issues you flag back on you to investigate or say its your fault for not doing something. Isn't it you, Mr. CEO, who has teams of people you pay to do exactly what I spent hours pointing out?! When I raised a complaint Mr. CEO just claimed to have dyslexia and said he's not involved with the courses he's just admin. So then I raised concerns about that comment asking if the course is advertised as being suitable for everyone but not if you have dyslexia. That information should be made clear. I have taken my complaints to trading standards and the ombudsman. I'm awaiting their response at the writing of this. The sales team for this company are obviously doing their job well because they're pulling a lot of people through the door so they alone probably deserve 5 stars but that's where it stops. I found tons of errors in the poorly generated slide show which is full of grammatical and technical errors. Mock exam links used for information if you get a question wrong don't work. Support is just enthusiastic salespeople who throw more links and pieces of information at you that lead you to Microsoft anyway. I even tried classroom and one-to-one. These are just really poorly executed with bad instructors telling stories and not being very helpful. All this company has done is steal/copy badly Microsoft’s slideshows and e-learning information put it on a website and charge the earth for doing so. £4000 for a course that is mostly free elsewhere. Stay away.

First, I want to clarify that Malcolm is not the CEO of our company; he works in compliance. You have not interacted with CEO, despite your references to them. Our previous attempt to correct this factual mistake wasn’t intended to deflect responsibility but to provide accurate information.
Regarding your comment about free training resources like Microsoft’s e-learning portal, while it’s true that some content is available for free, these platforms don’t include everything we offer. Our programme includes access to official Labs, mock exams, classroom training, one-to-one sessions and five qualifications. These resources, official labs and exams, come with costs. We are not simply charging for free materials; we provide comprehensive training, which includes several components not freely available elsewhere including live training where you can speak to the trainer.
In terms of the issues you raised about mock exams, our support team did reach out to you to explain the content and pointed out that the questions were, in fact, correct. They also provided additional resources to help clarify any misunderstandings and even offered a one-to-one session with a trainer to review each question in detail. This offer still stands, and we have availability next week starting the 9th September 2024 with available slots if you wish to use this facility. We're committed to helping you fully understand the material and are here to support you.
I understand you didn’t find the one-to-one instruction helpful previously, as you felt the instructor was telling stories rather than focusing on technical details. Our teaching approach is designed to make complex topics more relatable by using everyday examples. This method has been effective for many students, as it helps them grasp the principles before diving into technical specifics. However, we appreciate that this may not work for everyone, and if this method isn’t right for you, we are more than happy to adapt our teaching style to better suit your preferences. We strive to accommodate different learning styles and are committed to doing so in your case.
Additionally, I kindly ask that you refrain from misrepresenting any communication with us to third parties, including the finance company. It’s important to accurately convey the agreements we've made, as misrepresentation can cause issues for both sides. We are fully prepared to work with you and address your concerns in good faith, but we need accurate communication to do so effectively.
You mentioned that you’ve completed the first module quickly but struggled to retain some of the material. Learning can be challenging, and we understand that everyone absorbs information differently. Just because there are difficulties doesn’t mean we should give up. We’re here to work with you to ensure you succeed, and we need your cooperation so we can tailor the experience to meet your needs.
Lastly, we want to be clear that we are not criticising you for wanting a different teaching style. We offer various training materials and are happy to accommodate your individual learning preferences. We’ve successfully worked with many students with different learning abilities, including those with dyslexia, and our staff and trainers are well-versed in providing support for a variety of learning needs. We understand that it may take some time to find the right approach, but we are confident that with your collaboration and cooperation, we can help you successfully complete the course and achieve your certifications.

Recently completed data engineering class with Robust IT. It was a comprehensive hands on practical class with a lot of lab work. Feeling much more confident now after completing the class. Terrible didn't even take exams. Suggested extension of course but now they wont. Not even refund for exams even though poor health blocked me from completing course. American dude speaks in course material can barely understand him. Just some cheap drop servicing company selling other companies dirt cheap courses for a high profit. Absolute robbery. As you are aware, you requested a refund after 19 months of a 24-month course, seeking reimbursement beyond the first module. Unfortunately, this is not feasible, as we had already incurred costs for licensing and exams. However, I understand that you have been in communication with our compliance team regarding your medical condition, and we have offered you a free extension along with your exams to help make up for the time lost. This is something that most other training providers would not offer, but we are happy to provide this service at no additional cost.
In response to your comment about "cheap dirty courses," we want to clarify that we offer high-quality classroom training, official vendor labs (which are some of the best available), as well as one-on-one support with our trainers. We also provide different versions of the course, and as you’ve been informed, if you are dissatisfied, we have alternatives available. We understand that learning preferences vary—some students dislike American accents or prefer a more hands-on approach. To accommodate these differences, we strive to provide tailored solutions to ensure all our students are supported.
We remain open to renewing your learning experience and are happy to honour the free extension offer. However, your email implying that you would leave negative reviews unless a full refund was granted is concerning, and we consider this an attempt at blackmail. While we value all feedback, it is important to note that we are very proud of our high success rates and the way we care for our students. Disparaging our reputation because we cannot meet an unreasonable request is not fair.
I have personally attempted to contact you following your review, but I did not receive a response. We are committed to supporting our students, but we cannot assist someone who does not communicate with us.
Should you decide to take up the offer of a free extension, we are more than willing to help you complete your training and get you into the career path you desire. We remain fully supportive of your success. Additionally, if you prefer, you can access all of our training live online with English trainers, and we offer different versions of the course to suit your preferences.

Stay away.
They don't have any own courses on their own. In my case they bundled courses from different providers and marked up their profit. Don't fall into their placement trap, as it is nonexistent. You can get the same courses if you do a bit of research. I paid 2000 pounds which is available for less than 800 pounds. One of the providers went bust and I had to wait 6 months to resume. I advise you to not entertain them.

We have been unable to locate you in our student records for the past three years, and despite reaching out for further contact details, we have not received a response. As such, we are unable to directly address your review.
There was an incident where another company falsely claimed to be Robust IT, particularly in relation to the sale of software. If this is connected to that issue, we want to clarify that Robust IT has never sold Microsoft Office licences. Unfortunately, this third party was misusing our name to carry out these sales. If this is indeed the matter you are referring to, Groupon has informed us that refunds have been issued to those affected.
Since we cannot find you in our student records and have not received further details, we are unable to verify your claim. However, we are eager to resolve any concerns, so please do reach out to us directly at your earliest convenience.

I applied for Robust IT through social media, and they got in touch literally within couple of hours. Thusan Kamaleswaran was explaining how everything works and helping me with the enrolment, he was very pleasant, friendly and professional. I also asked if it would be okay to sign up with my brother as he was super interested in it, and he helped for both of us to start up the course. Overall the experience was fantastic, they have a great team and super communication, Thusan was very patient and helpful 😊

Having recently joined Data engineering…
Having recently joined Data engineering bootcamp run by Robust, I am thoroughly impressed with the comprehensive and structured program that significantly boosted my skills and confidence in data engineering field.
