I've used RoboForm for several years. Like handling of passwords in applications as well as websites.

Been a long time customer. Love the product and integration with iPhone, mac and Pc.

I've been a Roboform customer for more than 10 years. Only used customer service once, and they were very helpful. Highly recommended!

Responsive support when needed

i love roboform, been with for a decade+
but have to give 2 stars max

1. recent versions, no offline encrypted backup mode, have to use outdated year old versions.

2. no easy manual OTP add on the spot, a convoluted rabbit hole inside menus submenus

maybe they listen and fix

What I most appreciate is that if I have a problem, you guys answer immediately and your response is correct. That may sound a little funny but a gazzilion times I have asked for a solution online and not one suggestion works.

I wouldn't recommend this software. I have 10 licenses and I can't get any support. I have an intermittent problem which logs me out for some unknown reason. I can go days without being able to log in and then it works again. I advice the status on my ticket each time - when it isn't working they take ages to get back and/or advise it's my fault. When it is work they say "Glad to hear everything is working properly now. Let us know if you have any more questions." The things it ISN'T working properly - it's just an intermittent issue. And the trouble is once you have saved all your passwords into Roboform you can't get access to secure sites. I often can't do my company banking!

Roboform has protected me for years.

I know i can count on Roboform.

Je déconseille ce gestionnaire de mot de passe qui n'est pas convivial en français ! A chaque page il faut traduite ! Apparament ils n'ont pas la possibilité de communiquer en français !
La réponse en anglais de Robotform est claire ils ne se mettent pas à notre écoute ce qui confirme un manque de convivialité total pour nous pauvres français Je confirme ma note minimum.
Tous les tutoriels Youtube sont en anglais !

I had a Windows 7 support question. Reported problem, got an amswer, that allowed m to contonue using ROBOFORM with my Win 7 systems.
Question of the "FORCED UPDATE" came up, submittted request for help. Request answered within days.
SUPPORT IS GREAT.

I have had Roboform for 20 yrs? I always receive exceptional service from the support department.

I could not understand the logic of this program and needed to use it on multiple machines. To top it off, I failed to write down the master password which means completely starting over. The explanations on Youtube were completely unhelpful. I still don't know where the passwords are stored nor why that should be safer than my chrome account.

Reliable accurate and user friendly. Very pleased to be a RoboForm customer!

I've depended on RoboForm for many, many years & it's still the best in my opinion.

I've had RoboForm for many years and it has always been a great password manager. More importantly if you ever need support, the team is always very friendly and helpful and reply within hours or many times minutes.

I would never use another password manager.

Ability to fill login info with one click is a great time saver and for a very reasonable price.

It works!!!! Easy to use.
