Highly unprofessional and rude
I was a potential buyer. Highly unprofessional and rude. Probably the worst agent in London area. Andy was the worst agent ever.

I dealt with Lee who was professional, knowledgable and efficient. We achieved a quick sake at the price SS were looking for. I have dealt with a lot of estate agents over time and this was one of the best. I cannot recommend enough.

This is the third time we have used Michael Robinson and Jackson and each time they have been excellent. Sold our house(s) each time within two weeks, to buyers who were genuine.
The sales progressor kept us informed throughout the sale(s) and pushed the buyers solicitor when required.
Kept us informed by email and telephone.
They are slightly more expensive than some but it’s a price worth paying in our opinion.
Great service, great marketing and great staff (during this very difficult time).

Me and my husband was trying to rent a property via Robinson Jackson, we found a property on Rightmove and called, the number on rightmove is their help desk and the lady there said she's putting us in contact with one of their agents but just didn't. After we finally started the enquiry, we were asked to provide our own credit own credit check and we have to put in sooo much personal info into a website we don't really trust. They also specified Experian identity to use for credit check which made the renting process so hard. We had to give up the property in the end.

Was a potential buyer. Estate agent didn’t show up at appointed time. Office didn’t know where he was. Absolutely useless service. Don’t sell with these people and don’t even try buying through them either.

Highly unprofessional and rude. Probably the worst agent in London.

They were managing (fully managed) my buy to let property.
1. They found a tenant with lower than market price, but they said the tenants are excellent people. Once the tenant left, I realised they had damaged the property, left a lot of rubbish, they destroyed an arch in the garden, etc.
2. During tenancy, with high frequency I had to pay for Robinson Jackson's contractors to repair various things, repeatedly, e.g., the lock for the door to the garden, or toilet, leaking etc. Every time I paid for a proper repairmen, but the problems kept repeating. Every time I complained why these problems are repeating, they said the contractor (their own contractor) knows me and he would call me to explain, which never did!
3. Once the tenants left, the money that I could recover for damages was much less than what I had to pay for Robinson Jackson to repair the damages.
4. Theft by their contractors: They contractor charged me, about £400 for arch, they sent me picture that they have installed it. Due to lock down, I did not personally went to look. However, when the new estate agent company (Your Move) sent picture of the garden, I noticed the arch is missing. I have been chasing Robinson and Jackson for months to get my money back, every time they say we do not work with that contractor anymore. They say they need to get hold of him to see what happened. Nowadays, it seems somehow they know I am calling them and they do not pick up the phone!

I was really pleased with the team at RM in Sittingbourne until they gave my personal information to someone unrelated to the sale.
Currently escalating this to the Ombudsman for breach of GDPR.
Their response- lies and manipulation. Very unprofessional way to end a sale of a property.

5* purely for Tracy the Sales Progression Manager from the Dartford branch. Her communication was upmost appreciated throughout the process of selling our home and she was always very truthful and genuine. You do a great job. Thank you for helping us get our dream home.

We had a really excellent experience and service from Robinson Jackson in Orpington with an offer received and accepted within a short period of time with the property being put on the market! The property was previously put on the market with the other estate agent in Orpington for a while but However they failed to sell it and unfortunately it took quite a while to sell and I have to go back to Robinson Jackson Agents , where I initially bought the property 6 years ago . I cannot thank and praise John, Sharon , Steve and the Other branch partner of our Orpington branch enough as despite of all the worry & frustration . Sharon & John were very efficient, polite ,honest and maintained email and telephone contact throughout these difficult Pandemic worrying time which made me and my family feel we were in good and capable hands( Robinson Jackson)

During this difficult time Sharon & John were helpful and came up with Alternative solutions and reassured us that they were doing everything they could to progress with the sale of our property . I can genuinely say that we as family absolutely made the right decision in going back to Robinson Jackson Estate Agents to market our property, which we bought from them and the agents met all our expectations as promised.

Awful - rainham branch Kent
Kelly has taken £20 of my deposit to glue a small corner of the carpet on a step. 1 month after, the job was not done, also when I asked for a receipt refused to give me one. How could she, if it didn't exist?
Also they tried to take more money of me but couldn't because didn't have proofs
Also when you ask to fix something while you're living in their property, it takes long, nothing is straightforward, and if possible you are made to pay.
Maybe other branches are ok but Rainham is hallucinating
I simply had to complain to ombudsman because there is none to complain to apart from Kelly and Natalie the managers in Rainham. Noone gives you any details
Worse letting agency

They quite literally could not be any more incompetent if they tried. It took them nearly a week to fix our boiler when we had no hot water. I should’ve known they weren’t going to be good when we showed up to pick up keys on our moving in day and they hadn’t even cut enough keys for the 3 of us. But in a nice cyclical nature, when my flatmate dropped off keys when we moved out, they had no idea we were moving out either.

Am utterly sick of these deceitful people.
Accepted an offer as told buyers had a mortgage offer. Months later they still have no offer and am in limbo. Every contact brings a reply from them that is always falsely optimistic. Wish I had never gone there.
Still, guess what I am saying is “acted as one would expect for estate agents”

Absolutely appalling. We reviewed their website about their procedures with COVID and viewing properties. My parents who are cash buyers were looking to view a bungalow were told that they could not view the bungalow due to the fact that they had not sold yet?! They are in a fantastic position and are keen to find their dream home but were told by Nick the branch partner that they could not do this. When I pointed out that this information is not shared on the website he simply kept repeating that they had to have sold to be in with a chance of viewing. But this information is not anywhere on their site so I said it cannot be enforced if the rules are not clearly stated it is total misinformation at a high level. I told him that I would complain about the instant dismissal and total lack of service he simply said and I quote’ I’m the branch partner who are you going to complain to may I ask’? Customer Service you can appreciate at its very best! as an ex estate agent I’m dumbfounded. In this day and current climate he was happy to turn people away. Lost business on a potential sale in excess of £400,000. A real clever business move .. business idiot of the year. Avoid at all costs.

Very unimpressed with the service given by the Belvedere and Bexleyheath branches. I have tried to arrange viewings with both, to not get a call or email back as promised to update me. I rang multiple times to be asked all the same questions again, when there should be notes on their system. One of the agents was also very hasty on the phone, when I had clearly not finished with all my questions. It can be difficult to get through to them on the phone. There is definitely room for a lot of improvement.

Very happy with the sale of my property. Quick and speedy. Thank you guys

Went for a property with Dartford Robinson Jackson, amazing service and easy communication, would defiantly recommend! My estate agent Dominic... was extremely helpful even after the moving process really went above and beyond and I am very grateful to have used this company.
