Good value for money However frequent checks of the car should be made more often as our brakes were poor and made the steering shake. They did replace the car after complaining though .

The behavior displayed was both rude and unprofessional. It included asking inappropriate personal questions that made others uncomfortable and crossed professional boundaries. Such interactions are not acceptable.

We had an excellent experience. Rented on Sunday & returned on Sunday at Hamilton Airport and the instructions couldn’t have been clearer. The vehicle also handled very well indeed. Definitely will go again with them! Thanks Rite !

Easy pick up for us n drop
Off . Van went great and trailer was a must for luggage . We also hired a car from you at the same time as needed more seats . Both vehicles were there n ready to go . We ordered a child’s car seat but only flaw with that it was a baby seat for newborns and our grandchild is 2 . Son had to hire a seat . Think more our fault as we duu it don’t siecify child’s age . Will know for this coming rental in December .

Everything was in order when we arrived for pick up , within 5 minutes we were on are way, On return - they did a quick inspection of vehicle and returned our deposit , again all less then 5 minute procedure. Vehicle was older but had no issues with it , clean - Thanks !
