Good experience, made whole process easy with online forms to fill out. Nice clean vehicle. Quick refund of my bond after dropping vehicle back when office was closed. Will definitely use again.

Pickup from the cruise ship was easy although directions to the park location were a little confusing (there are 3 pickup points at the park but they don't easily identify which one). Car was in good shape and return was easy.

Pick up and drop off went very smooth. However, we had a fixed amount of kms allowed and at first didn't want to release the bond saying I had driven an extra 1000km. Fortunately, I had taken a picture of the odometer before and after so they released it once I sent the pictures. I suggest taking lots of pictures and keeping a gas receipt upon drop off just in case

Poor communication from Hamilton Branch when enquiring about vehicle choice & leaving key information out including extra costs for K's used. Very poor.
