Good service. The vehicle was ideal for the purpose we wanted and drove well.
My only “complaint/concern” was that the front right light did not work and a travel involved driving at night (and it rained) which made it difficult to see (and dangerous).

Needed a vehicle which required a little urgency. Through a series of events which included limited availability a vehicle was found (when there were actually none available). I felt as if staff went above and beyond.

Attentive friendly staff, easy to arrange, nice little car. Will definitely use Rite Price Rentals again and recommend to others.

Although all vans were booked out for both the last weekends of November, I booked a small truck but the morning we arrived to pick it up a van had been used & returned early and this was offered to us. We had had it before, an older manual one and it was like an 'old friend' come to help us. I wasn't in good health which took us longer & we had to move my stuff out and down into storage. We discovered that the old shed I had my stuff stored in had developed some bad water leakage in it's roof & it took longer to get everything out, cleaned up, loaded and underway. We ran out of time & needed the next morning to unload into the storage depot- A phone call to Rite Price to tell them our predicament and they were most helpful, we were able to unload as quickly as we could the next morning and get it back as soon as we possibly could. It was unfortunate that they shut at 1 pm on Sundays but we parked it as required and was happy to pay the little extra to get this big job finished. Thanks Team at Rite Price Whanganui ! ~
