Ordered a Samsung s95f upon receiving the tv noticed it was a open box and the tv and the one connect had some marks on it called richer sounds spoke to Joel who was great to deal with offered a full refund or exchange was going for a Exchange but RS was unable to match the price from the other retailer because that package comes without a subwoofer package so Joel agreed to refund just waiting for the tv to be picked up and refunded overall it’s always a great experience buying from richer sounds and customer service is second to none

The staff were very helpful and found the right television for my needs.

I was unsure about buying before trying but was offered 14 days trial at home. The Blusound vault 2i arrived 2 days later. It was up and running within the hour. Brilliant. Such fun. Loading CDs, Spotify and radio. All sound brilliant. I'm keeping it. Thanks for the excellent service, as usual.

Friendly staff who took the time and trouble to answer my enquiries and after purchasing the TV phoned me a couple of days later to see if I was satisfied with it and or needed more help.

We purchased a Denon soundbar from the Romford Essex branch. We cannot praise enough the after sales service we received. We had a couple of problems which were sorted out superbly including changing the unit with no quibbles whatsoever by the store manager Steve. A massive thank you to senior sales assistant Graham for all his help and advice in checking our setup. We highly recommend this store and will be returning for any future purchases. Thank goodness we didn’t go anywhere else

Called Richer Sounds Romford to ask about Hisense The Canvas tv, they didn't have one in store but were very helpful and gave loads of info on what to do with ordering online!
Spoke to Joel on the phone and he was so helpful! We ordered it, it was delivered and it's perfect, just what we had hoped for! Honestly, a really great product, for an amazing, price from Richer Sounds in store and online!!!

I never made a purchase recently and yet they emailed and phoned me regarding a purchase I never made. I contacted the Romford branch in question and they were useless in dealing with my enquiry of non purchase and why they are using my information.They even told me when I asked about my purchase history that I've only ever made a purchase this month only when I've been shopping with them for over a decade. Something went wrong some where but they are clueless on what and tlfound it to funny, I'm not laughing.

We don't understand too much about technology, and wished to upgrade our surround sound system. We had a budget, which we advised the shop manager. Following his recommendations we spent two thirds of that. It would have been so easy for the shop to find a way to spend our budget. They did not, which is a huge credit to the positive customer experience

The staff were really helpful. On the day of my purchase the headphones that I wanted were not in stock but the staff helped me with buying an alternative.

Needed to replace my Yamaha 4.5 year old Sound Bar (which had stopped working whilst under previously purchased extended warranty). RS had collected it but found beyond either economical repair or parts availability. I was given a very generous credit towards the new Samsung SD60 Sound Bar when I called in to the Romford branch to discuss a suitable replacement. Very happy with my new product & the service received. I have purchased many items over the years from RS & if needed will purchase from them again.

After a very helpful call to romford store,I placed an order for collection next day. I had the call to collect and they explained 6 year warranty and also helped me to put it in the car.

Delivery man pleasant, but unfortunately due to my colour carpet I have a no wearing shoes indoors. The delivery man had no shoe covers, so he had to leave TV in my hallway.
Advice for the future would be ideal if you can supply shoes protectors for your delivery guys
